房间很满意，我们一家人每次来太平度假一定会选择住在这里

Everything is ok and good, but for a queen-size bedroom with RM150 and without windows, it is not worth staying.

Menginap disini menyenangkan, fasilitas lengkap sesuai dengan kelasnya, pelayanan ramah, breakfast bervariasi menunya, oke banget. Rasanya pengen nginap di sini lagi kalau ke Taiping lagi.

Kaunter pendaftaran tidak mesra.

Though room was a bit small & they won't issue extra room key, overall still satisfying. Breakfast was so so. But can't complain at price given.

The accommodation looked exactly like a very nice hotel and a very nice place to stay! Should came here again. Thank you!

Receptionist are quite slow. Found cockroach when first enter room. Need to change the old pillow that they're still using. Aircond are great. Breakfast are okay.

Bilik selesa, sangat ekonomi.

Bilik luas, cantik. Juga tersedia hair dryer dalam bilik air, tak perlu bawa iron baju sebab semua dah tersedia di luar bilik. Overall sangat berpuas hati, might stay here again kalau datang area sini lagi 👍

Great location, clean, good breakfast spread and value for money

Comfortable, clean, everything was great, even the breakfast spread was fantastic, staff were friendly and helpful, would definitely come back.

There was no hot water shower when I checked in. When I called room service to have a look on that matter. They ignored me for very long. Poor customer service. Totally unacceptable.

The reception is very very slow. Only one person is handling everything at the counter. The room given was a smoking room and it smells bad. The housekeeping did not do the cleaning very well. We even saw a male boxer hidden below the prayer mat. Terrible experience. The air condition setting cannot be lower down and the ceiling fan makes a very weird sound throughout the night.
