Excellent in service and environment.

Transfer service to and from airport. Tranquility of the onsen resort. Great Japanese traditional kaiseki dinner. A remarkable facility : a Dyson hair dryer, just love it. A supermarket just opposite to the onsen resort.

Hotel service is excellent and fantastic. We had the fabulous dinner and breakfast. The accommodation is very comfortable and relaxing

Nice Food. The spa is good. A supermarket nearby makes it convienent.

Yakakutei is of high quality in terms of food, cleanness, service and in particular the onsen!! There are not many rooms so we are well served by their staff. They arranged pick up from JR or airport which saved us a lot of time and money to take transport. The garden styled onsen is a highlight. Great to relax and stay at!

本人去了日本很多次但這是第一次入住溫泉酒店，竟然遇上這麼貼心的服務令我很難忘。 酒店上下的員工從前台、餐廳裏侍應及司機都是殷勤到位的人，很多細節上體會得到，例如司機送我們到車站時他會把行李搬到上梯級後才離開；吃飯時會不斷給我們加茶及介紹每道菜式的吃法！ 入住當天是週六，因為趕着去霧島神宮，沒有留意原來回程時錯過了尾班巴士，馬上電郵通知酒店我們要遲到45分鐘才能回到火車站，司機很有禮貌真的在車站裏等了我們45分鐘，好讓我和母親帶着疲倦的身體安全回到酒店！ 回覆電郵的工作人員回覆得很快，英文溝通得好好，還建議我們在那個車站下車，對於不能用日語溝通及對火車路線不熟悉的人帶來很大的方便！

食物一流，強烈推介一泊兩食。

Good location and service. The hot spring a little bit small especially the hottest pool. Dinner and breakfast are ok. Our room in 3 rd, but there is only one elevator is from G/F to 2/F, need to walk all the time. The staffs are so friendly, they all helped us to take luggage during check in n out.

食物比上一次好，溫泉不俗。夏天本來是有點熱，可幸的是工作人員讓我們在酒店門外燒煙花，真是一個難忘的經驗。
