Akses ke hotel harus naik tangga, tidak ada lift, untuk yang mengajak orang tua tidak direkomendasikan hotel ini, makanannya asin semua, kebersihannya agak kurang, sepertinya selimut tidak diganti, badan saya gatal semua, untung hanya 1 malam, tapi tamunya lumayan banyak.

There is no any lift for take baggage, stair is to small for carrying baggage. Toilet is to wet. Breakfast is ok, room service was ok also.

Very very old hotels. Photo vs real is totally different. Not recommended.

We stayed one night at the hotel and check in was easy. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean. Close to train station as well, so moving around was easy.

Highly recommended, we rented a room for 3 and the picture showing in the advertisement is totally what it is. Comfort room is very clean. Food is good, maybe we are just not used to their foods. The hotel is far from Taoyuan Airport though and receptionist are hard to understand as they know little English. I suggest to install a translator. Wifi in our room is very fast. For the amount we paid for 5 days and 4 nights, it really exceeded our expectation.

I feel comfortable. Free breakfast is delicious. The bathroom looks good and clean. The room is big enough with complete amenities (hairdryer, slippers, small refrigerator, towels, and etc). You will not regret booking this hotel.

This hotel is familiar, nice to stay and very quiet.

A nice place to stay. But the staff at the font desk can't speak English.
