Bilik okey, ssuai dengan bajet cuma masalah tekanan air paip rendah.. Bila nak mandi air paip sangat rendah. Dh macam air kencing BUDAK.. 😢

The toilet smelled. The whole place is neglected. Very sad. It has potential.

Pemilik chalet minta bayaran tambahan sebelum cek in atas alasan untuk kos maintenance. Musim cuti memang penuh hotel kat kawasan teluk nipah. saya bawa family yang ramai kecewa dengan sikap pemilik. ini first n last ke ombak inn.

Ombak Inn dah bertukar jadi Oyo Hotel. Masa book hanya ambil 1 bilik kerana penuh. tapi bila check in terpaksa tambah 1 bilik lagi atau anak-anak kena caj RM30 seorang. Kali pertama duk hotel Oyo, baru tahu beza dengan hotel banyak bintang. Hotel banyak bintang tidak pernah ambil tahu jumlah yang menginap tapi hotel Oyo berkira jumlah yang menginap :) Tapi chalet ok dan selesa cuma siaran tv sangat tidak jelas dan TV saiz kecil. Itu pun hanya ada 2 channel yang tidak dapat ditonton. Tiada bakul sampah dalam chalet. Namun lokasi strategik. Banyak kedai runcit dan kedai makan serta pasaraya bebas cukai. chalet dekat dengan pantai, dobi layan diri dan surau. keseluruhannya ok menginap di sini, cuma sila pastikan sewa lebih drp 1 chalet jika bawa ramai ahli keluarga. Siang hari bilik agak panas tetapi malam sangat sejuk, mungkin sebab chalet kayu. pemilik chalet juga baik dan peramah. chalet cantik tapi ada bahagian yang kurang bersih. sewa teksi dari chalet ke pekan sebanyak RM20 per van.

Kedudukan sangat dekat dengan pantai dan kedai-kedai makan. Service sangat baik dari Mak Nani. Bilik beraircond dan bersih. Recommended.

Tempat yang strategik, chalet yang cantik menarik, sangat selesa. Frontdesk yang friendly. Fasiliti dalam bilik yang perlu diperbaiki cuma peti ais yang tak berfungsi. Sila bawa toiletries, iron sendiri. Towels disediakan. Overall semua puas hati

Saya selalu menginap di sini tetapi kali ini saya dapat bilik yang agak tidak memuas hati saya ,bilik tidak secantik seperti yang di gambarkan cuma layanan pemilik sangat mesra hanya bilik perlu di perbaiki dan di cantek kan

Room was OK, comfortable. Aircon working & very cold. Location was near to beach, just walking distance. TV ok but not so many channels but don't care because TV is not priority. Toilet is OK but got room for improvement in terms of cleanliness. The water heater working fine, only hose is leaking. Will definitely come back to this place next time. Thumbs up

The owner was very kind hearted. But I have to say that the overall stay wasn’t that nice. The water host leaked. The shower was slow and sometimes when the room besides us was using the shower as well, our bathroom water didn’t come out. Mosquitoes at night. Also the wall lamp cannot be adjust. The floor mat in front of the bathroom also wasn’t there until I realised it was on the outside patio. The wall is not thick enough as we couldn’t sleep because of the opposite chalet was having karaoke competition until late at night. The blanket are thin and small. You may say the service suits for its price but to me the basic needs are not properly provided.

Overall, the stay was good. The environment was super nice with nature concept. The breakfast served was fine. Unfortunately for my room, the toilet flush had a problem. One of the lamp was not working. The front door knob was broken as it would always be on locked, so I need to make sure not to forgotten-ly leave the key inside the room when I was out. These were just simple things that can be improved and won't really disturb your stay here. I rate 4/5. Thank you Ombak Inn!

There's a bug crawling under the bed sheet when we asleep. After that it takes me 2 hrs to. Get to sleep. 😭 But mak nani is so nice.
