Because of the FIFA at the time, this was the only place available at the time was a ok rate. I was in business and really wanted a 1 night stay. I would not recommend for multiple nights and only if you are in a really bad spot.

Overall stay was good for a 1 night stay. Front desk personal check-in and check-out was great he was very helpful.

Good motel for the price. Nice stay and nice staff

This is a basic economy scale motel. It is conveniently located, lots of free parking for guests. The bed was comfortable. They have dispensers in the shower for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The room was clean. It has a small table and two chairs, a small bar fridge and microwave. The AC was noisy when we turned it on, but it was cool enough to not need it. The walls are very "thin". Normal volume conversation and not loud TV could be heard in the neighbouring rooms. The people next to us were talking well past 1 am. Another person seemed to need the TV on during the night. Eventually it turned off, well into the night.

Good for stay overnight for a trip.

Not bad for what it was. Price was right. Acceptable level of cleanliness. Would stay again.

The motel is under renovation. Our room was a mix of the new and old. Once the renovation is all done and upgraded, the room will look good.

El alojamiento muy sucio, me picaron las chinches y los mosquitos, no podía dormir de la picazon, la habitación no estaba bien limpia, pero lo peor fueron las picaduras en todo el cuerpo, lo pasé muy mal. La chica de la recepción y de la limpieza muy amables, pero el hotel no lo recomiendo.

Overall it’s a good place to stay in

Room 111, Staff to me were pleasant when I interacted with two of them, very short interaction. Pictures on the website are deceiving. The wood color in my room was grey, and the room did not look bright like the pictures, seen on the website. The TV was old (dying) and had a bright light spot in the middle of the screen, making it hard to see the shows I wanted to watch. Maintenance needed in every part of the room, simple maintenance fixes, rust needs to be dealt with, shower curtain needs to changed, towels to be updated etc. Cleaning standard was not to mine, the whole room had to be sanitized before using anything, just to make sure. The microwave was scary.  AC was very LOUD when on but worked well as the room became very warm once the AC was off. My total was $140 for the night so I was expecting better for that price.  I didn't use the Wi-Fi, so I cannot comment. Deposit was back on my credit card with a day, which was nice. Parking available right outside the room door, with a charge.

The location was ok kind of pricey for a what you’re getting and $150 hold on your card that wasn’t expected.

The bed was very comfortable. Everything else gets a 4/5.

Parking and air conditioning we're okay

Stains on bed sheets, food crumbs, ants and toe nails under my bed sheet indicating the just made the bed look nice and didnt clean it. There was a racoon in the ceiling, the washroom window and shower curtain are see through. There is a 150$ fee upon arrival. The place smells like old smoke. There are random rules that you have to sign off on including that you are okay with the room. Dont waste your money here. The ammenities dont work. The microwave oven and fridge dont work. The only plus was they had cameras everywhere.

The staff is awesome

Very clean, friendly staff, free parking not far from Toronto city centre.
