員工很友善。一切都還不錯，但需要自備洗髮水，房間裡只有沐浴乳。飯店靠近UCSI大學，附近有很多小吃攤。

The hotel is clean and we all satisfied their services. But, we get penalty RM 10 for late check out 1 hour.

Ruangannya cukup bersih dan pelayanannya cukup baik cuma kami dikenakan kan biaya lagi, cuma kita dikenakan lagi biaya pajak katanya sebesar 10 rm/ hari cukup berasa kalau nginapnya lama.

Arrived late to the hotel after 10PM and left before 7AM so didn't had much experience. Didn't take any meal.

Staff hotel friendly, bagus. Bagi orang tua yang mempunyai anak yang lanjut study di UCSI, ini hotel pilihan utama.

It does not provide me with towels at first but then when I check out, the receptionist accuse me that I steal their towels. I requested to have spot check on my luggage bags but she refused and claimed that I would have bring it outside earlier. Destroy my mood during my vacation and I would not stay here anymore!

This is the closest hotel to perform my business near the campus.

The owner accused us stealing her towel, where the truth is, it wasn't provided to us from our first day stay at the hotel. We used our own towel.

Perlu diperbaiki, bising & tak selesa

Bad service, when I was going to check out, no one on the reception counter, there's a staff standing there, don't even bother to assist me to contact person in charge, took me more than 15mins to check out. the room is compact and dirty too, the only good thing is location, near to connaught pasar malam
