It’s okay with the room (clean and neat), tapi aliran airnya kurang deras dan kamarnya tidak soundproof.

Staf ada 2, yang 1 sibuk mainan HP. Padahal yang tahu kamar yang main HP terus, saya pesan kamar no smoking, tapi dari kamar tetap bau rokok, air keluarnya kecil, kamar tidak terawat

Near to UCSI only by walking distance. So many food stall arround. Need some to repair like wallpaper, bathroom ' s door. Quite clean.

Can't sleep another room people so loud we can't sleep that why can hear another room what they do last night all night they do vary badly noise.

Air conditioning isnt working nicely,thick dust in air cond,been sneezing the whole night. Staff isnt very helpful.

The receptionist not friendly and the bed are itchy.

Dalam Gambar nampak bilik besar untuk family room. Sampai sampai bilik sempit..susah nak jalan. Lepas tu bilik air kotor. Aduhai. Geram je. Tolong la sental bersih-bersih bilik air.

Found more than 3 cockroaches in the time I check-in and kill them all as I afraid they will stay at my luggage and bed. bed too much stains, smell smoke of cigarette all the time I turn on the air-con. couldn't sleep all night. luckly I only stay for 1 night. really not recommended if you stay with family. backpacker only.

No free parking, walk up to 3rd floor, no lift small room.

Wall is so thin. Can practically hear people talking and sounds loudly. You cannot get a good sleep here!

The wall and door is so thin you can hear all kinds of sound even when the next room is talking. Really cannot sleep at all. Not recommended at all. Please do something about the wall and door. Put some voice proof or something!
