有冷氣，位置非常好，距離超市，巴士站，大教堂，都非常近！可惜，櫃台服務人員，態度很冷淡！我們本來只預定了最基本的房間 8 晚，但他們卻給我們一大間 apartment，共有超過10張 6尺雙人床那麼大！我們很害怕被加價，不過幸好沒有！可是進飯店，搭電梯出來，要走很遠很遠，還要上 26個階梯，沒電梯！中間要開關 7 扇門，門很厚重！而我們的行李共有 80 公斤，所以很艱苦！設備很不錯，有免費的膠囊咖啡，唐寧茶可喝，有小冰箱，有小小一瓶真正的鮮奶！網路上，這家飯店的apartment，都是附有小廚房，有廚具，可是我們住到的apartment，沒有廚房廚具，而是附有一間客廳，有一台很大的新的LG 電視，可是不能看！還好臥房有一台比較小的舊電視可以看。Wifi 常斷線，最恐怖的是：晚上10點半之後，絕對沒熱水可以洗澡！不幸的是，今年的夏天，英國多雨又冷，晚上常15度C以下！賽倫塞斯特大概被觀光客騷擾得很煩，對觀光客比較不歡迎，不友善！賽倫塞斯特是「科茲窩丘陵」的中心，方便搭巴士去周圍很多美麗的小鎮，村落！

Quaint setting in a great location. Beautifully renovated! Delicious dining options!

Clean. We did not have breakfast so cannot comment. Room was large. Bed was comfy, pillows were not. Aircon did not seem to work but we were able to leave door to outside partly open. Overall good place to stay and the CEO answered my issue with a service charge very promptly which was appreciated. Would recommend a stay here.

Beautifully redecorated and lots of attention to lovely details- highly recommended

The King's Head is a great base from which to explore the Cotswolds. On top of that the music slot on the Friday night we stayed was terrific, with local trio Parlor playing great versions of pop and soul classics.

Room was clean. Great location but the floors are so old and creaky, not great for a light sleeper like myself

Stayed many times, beautiful hotel. Food amazing, comfortable bed, large rooms and bathroom. Very peaceful sleep. Cirencester is a fabulous town to visit. One of my favourites.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and the cookies weee delicious. Sunday lunch was very good and Margarita provided excellent service. Breakfast was very good and the coffee excellent. Again staff at breakfast were friendly and professional. Would definitely stay again.

A nicely renovated older building in a central location with excellent access to town centre. We had a larger room which was nicely decorated. Loved the milk for my tea/coffee in the room, and the welcome cookies. Bed comfy and good towels. Would’ve appreciated a magnifying mirror for makeup, and an in room fridge. The restaurant/ bar was good, but seemed to have very restrictive hours, and service was not as attentive as it could’ve been. No room service or phone in room either. A small hiccup with aircon was promptly dealt with. Breakfast was good.

All the staff were friendly, and the customer service was excellent. We stayed here for our daughter's wedding we all had a fantastic time. The wedding coordinator, Daisy, was excellent. The day ran smoothly and without issues, just what you need. It was the hottest day in May on record, and still, the staff worked tirelessly to make the day special. The food was delicious. Thank you to all the staff, brilliant.

Lovely staff, accommodation and location

Everything was beautiful but we could hear the ppl in the room above us at night. Consider the hotel is in a beautiful old building.

Beautiful old building in central Cirencester, tastefully decorated and with extremely well trained staff. We ate breakfast and our evening meal there and both were excellent in the lovely brasserie. The spa and gym were at the time closed for refurbishment, but it was only for one night so didn’t affect us. We had a lovely room with a Cathedral view with lots of space and good sized en-suite. Highly recommend-we’ll be back.

Good check in very friendly receptionist. Room lovely, larger than expected, clean and full of charm, nice touch homemade cookies. Downside was view which looked onto a full skip of rubbish! Selected hotel for the rooftop bar, however this was closed, had we been advised of this would have probably selected something cheaper. Bar area is lovely, shame the cellar section in the pictures used to promote the hotel, seems to be only for events and functions.Dinner was amazing great food and service, breakfast however was very disappointing. For the price the continental was very limited no cheese or meat. Lots of choice on the hot options unfortunately when it came the bacon was burnt and the black pudding was overdone. Was asked if they could get us something else, but this was as they were clearing which was too late, no one came over during the time we were eating to check if everything was ok, they were too busy chatting! All in all mixed review lots of good but also plenty to improve on.

The Kings Head Hotel is very welcoming the staff were pleasant and the rooms very spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. The restaurant food was excellent.

Room was more than large enough, bed was very comfy. Breakfast was excellent.

Our room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. It is easy to find and staff were very nice. There is very little parking so keep in mind you have to park a few minutes away but can unload in front of hotel. We used the Waterloo lot! It was $10 a day. We didn’t do breakfast because it was $35 L but there is a nice coffee shop next door!
