房間比較老舊一些,但空間很大設施完整,地點方便.周末深夜外面警車等聲音較吵鬧,因窗戶隔音較差會被影響,但平日晚上則不會. 飯店早餐不若丹佛市區的駐橋套房公寓飯店有提供變化,房務人員打掃時較為粗心,沐浴乳沒了也沒發現並補充.

It’s being renovated I’m told. It’s well situated for access to the Fox Theater and other walkable spots. The noise on the 22nd floor kept me awake. That floor hasn’t been upgraded yet. Others in the elevator from different floors noted similar feelings. The interstate is a constant distraction, making the noise from surrounding rooms second tier. The a/c fan wouldn’t stay on to help block the noise, so I slept with the tv on. Overall the room was very clean, orderly, and comfortable. Getting into the front checkin/valet area can take some time, but the valet did a great job. The front desk folks were friendly and helpful. I give the employees an A, the room a B, the hotel overall with amenities a B, and the noise an F. Try to get a room on the side furthest from the interstate.

The hotel location is great and lots of shops and a great restaurant/bar. The only thing I didn't appreciate is that the room was supposed to be available after 3:00 pm. I arrived at 9:30 pm and it still wasn't ready for check-in because this is a very popular hotel

While the room was clean, this property didn't have sufficient clean towels and it desperately needs updating....poorly cleaned hallways, issues with elevators, staff seemed overwhelmed at times

I have photos of the room. It wasn’t cleaned properly. The drawer was very dusty. The floor especially at the windows had a lot of dirt. We had 1 toilet paper, no Shampoo, no body wash no conditioner, the dispenser in the shower were completely empty. The window needs a good cleaning also, you can’t see outside too well because it’s dirty. When asking g for items you have to call front desk and the place you on hold so they can call a different department or they just hang up on you. The gentleman that checked us on was very nice to us. The guy in the restaurant in the morning during breakfast so nice.

Check out was delayed from 3pm to almost 630. Even then my room had to be downgraded with no option to adjust price since I booked thru hotels.com. Also, the furniture in the room was dirty and/or not in proper working order. Staff at the counter was less than helpful with any concerns. My wife called to request blankets and pillows for the pull out couch as there were none provided in the room. The staff advised that housekeeping would be by shortly to provide them, after two hours of waiting at nearly midnight we went down to the counter in person at which point the staff rudely laughed and said “we ain’t got none of any of that”. Definitely going to be reaching out to their corporate contact center to file an official complaint with them.

This was the most terrible experience I've ever had at a Hotel. It was a disaster from the beginning to end. The carpets, rugs, upholsterys were dirty, and No Air Conditioning in the Lobby area. There was homeless washing himself up in the Lobby Bathroom, smelling the bathroom up. Terrible Experience!

My family and I stayed at the Staybridge Suites in Midtown Atlanta from Aug 5th-7th. We arrived late and realized at this location Staybridge Suites shared a building with Crown Plaza. We checked-in and were given a Crowne Plaza room, not a Staybridge Suites room that we reserved through expedia. We went to the front desk and then they notified us that there were no more rooms. That should have been communicated since the beginning. Afterward, we contacted management that night and they reached out promptly asking us to stop by in the morning to switch our rooms. My husband stopped by in the morning however there was no room to switch us to and we were asked to come back around 3 p.m. (later we learned that a room was assigned already and was not given to us). We told them that we would be out all day and they said to stop by when we returned. When we returned, they assigned us another room which was still a Crowne Plaza room & again, we went downstairs to discuss the room. At this time it is close to 11 p.m. with young children and this is unexcusable. At the front desk the manager came and explained that a previous room was assigned and then it was given to us. Little did we know that when we finally checked into the Staybridge Suites room, our card was charged over $375 for the Crowne Plaza stay. We found out that night trying to settle in for the 3rd time in 24 hrs. Checking out was also a headache with an unprofessional manager and staff that had no idea how to help.

This hotel was nasty. Never had clean linen. Housekeeping did not come at all. Hard to reach the front desk. Asked for extra bedding for the couch. Was told housekeeping was coming and never came. Went back down to the front desk at 1am and they said there were no extra rooms and no clean extra bedding. Bo extra towels or wash cloths.
