我和家人入住這家飯店，訂的是總統套房。飯店位置實在不算便利。客房早餐可以提前一晚預訂，我很喜歡，因為是標準的美國早餐：牛奶、柳橙汁、蘋果汁、雞蛋、麵包、優格等等。

我預訂的是客房送餐服務。我很喜歡這種方式，因為我們可以提前一晚選擇早餐種類。早餐包括優格、水果、蛋捲、牛奶/柳橙汁/蘋果汁、麵包等等。飯店位置離7-11便利商店很近。

這是一家歷史悠久的飯店。服務一流且周到，房間非常乾淨，設施一流，交通也非常便利。

飯店服務周到，員工友善且英語流利。我很喜歡飯店在特定時間於休息室提供免費飲料。

我非常喜歡住在這裡，除了靠近往返機場的接駁車之外，房間也很大，所以很容易打開行李箱。

很好，房間很大，位置也很棒。有接駁車去市區。

請使用機場豪華轎車服務，停靠在飯店正前方的S-19月台。飯店提供前往札幌車站和薄野地區的舒適接駁車。早餐種類豐富，非常棒。

Big spacious room, fantastic restaurants & atmosphere!

สะดวกสบายมากค่ะ ห้องกว้างขวาง ไกลจากสถานีรถไฟใต้ดินไปหน่อย แต่สามารถเดินได้เรื่อยๆ เดินไปตลาดปลานิโจ หรือซูซูกิโนะ ทานุคาจิได้แบบไม่เหนื่อย สะดวกสุดตรงที่รถบัสจากสนามบินจอดหน้าโรงแรมเลย ขากลับก้อขึ้นฝั่งตรงข้าม อันนี้ชอบมากๆ

Big Room, comfortaber, good wifi.

I think this hotel based on location is quite good. They have free shuttle bus to Sapporo station and the airport limousine is stopped in front of hotel bus stop. But I was bit disappointed with the room. They didn't have air conditioner on end of march. They said, they won't turn the air-con on until end of April. I think it is too much. I can't sleep well since it is too hot inside the room even after I opened their tiny window. They have tiny window for air circulation. They didn't provide much for the mini bar, only 2 bags of tea. But on the 2nd floor, they have several vending machines, from food to drink, but only cold drink. They have mini market on the first floor, too.
