everything was alright. the only problem is about the room key card. the hotel only gave us 1 room card, no matter how many person that we are sharing. even if we book executive suite room with 3 pax. they also only give 1 room key card. which is very highly unacceptable. the new manager told us that the next time we come. they will give us 2 room card. which I really hope it will happen. if not I will never come back again and I will never introduce my friends to book this hotel again....

Nhân viên thân thiện. Khách sạn gần với 7/11, gần BTS, trung tâm mua sắm. Khách sạn ở mặt tiền luôn nên rất thuận tiện đi lại nè

The room was so smelly, I have to ask the receptionist to change the room. The receptionists are not friendly. Old building, but newly renovated, the bad smell came from bathroom.

จองห้องเตียงเดี่ยวไว้ มาถึงพนักงานบอกมีแต่เตียงคู่ ก็เลยโอเค แต่พนักงานเสนอว่าแต่ถ้าอยากได้เตียงเดี่ยวคืนพรุ่งนี้มีว่าง มาขอเปลี่ยนได้นะคะ เลยตอบไปว่าขอคิดก่อน พอเข้ามาในห้อง ไม่มีที่แขวนผ้าเช็ดตัว ไม่มีที่วางอุปกรณ์อาบน้ำ ไม่มีผ้าเช็ดหน้า และที่รับไม่ได้สุดคืออ่างล้างมือรั่ว เลยลงไปคุยว่าพรุ่งนี้ขอเปลี่ยนห้องด้วยเหตุนี้พนงก็โอเค แต่วันถัดมาเจอพนักงานอีกคน เค้าบอกว่ามันเต็มค่ะ ละพูดเหมือนปกติมันทำไม่ได้ ก็เลยงงว่าละจะเสนอมาแต่แรกทำไม ดีที่มีบริการทำความสะอาดให้แต่ไปโดนปลั๊กตู้เย็นหลุดทำให้ของที่แช่ไว้บูดหมด สรุปไม่พอใจอะไรเลย

ห้องเหม็นมาก ประตูห้องน้ำพัง โรงแรมกลิ่นอับ มีหยากไหย่ในห้อง ห้องน้ำเหม็น รูปไม่ตรงปกเก่ามากน่ากลัวมากจกตา เช็คอินปุ๊บ เช็คเอ้าปั๊บ ทนนอนไม่ได้เตียงแข็ง

ห้องเหมือนในรูปเลยค่ะ ราคาไม่เเพง ห้องดูดี ห้องน้ำโอเค เเต่ติดตรงหัวเตียงแผ่นยาวๆสีขาว ที่หนังมันลอกๆถ้าโดนเเล้วขุ่ย/เศษมันตกมาที่เตียงนอน นอกนั้นดีถือว่าโอเค

เดินทางสะดวกใกล้ของกินห้องพักดี แต่เสียที่ห้องน้ำมีกลิ่นอับตลอดเลยครับ อาจจะด้วยตัวดูดอากาศไม่ทำงาน ถ้าปรับปรุงตรงนี้ได้จะดีมากๆ

Sky Sakura Residence is always my first because of room comfort and it's great location.Besides, I always love staying here because of those familiar vendors near the hotel, especially the man selling local drink. His warm welcome and happiness eyes sight whenever he sees me walking on the road.The reasons I mentioned about because the young and healthy receptionist (working night shift on 11 Feb, 2020) whom I talked about my departure time at 01:00am. This is not the first time she talked very rude and impolitely to hotel guests, especially me whom feel very upset and angry after talking to hear.In my eyes, she is not Thai people (Thai people is famous for their friendliness and smiling face) but this girl is super impolite with sad and long face.I have feelings that she is forced to do this job or something.

Many things is brokend ,staff ladies talking like boss and unwilling to work.

Unfriendly staff wake us up at 02:50 am just to ask my name. Dark room, not clean. 1 star not 3 star hotel for sure.

Staff: First night staff woke us up at 02:50 AM 2 times, asking for my name... so rude. Overall they are not friendly at all, don’t say hello or smile. We had to ask them to activate key card everyday. Room: shabby but spacious, we got worn out towels with holes everyday. I would say this is 1 star hotel not 3 for sure, and this is the worst hotel experience in BKK in the last 7 years.

Building old. Room unclean. Room aircon not working good Bed not comfortable.

I really love my stay at Sakura Sky Residence. The place is actually near the BTS Station, 7 11 and Family mart are in the vicinity as well. It was my first time to stay in a space capsule as well and it was really cool. I loved it so much. The staff were nice and the bathrooms are clean too. Highly recommended.
