Good place, recommended to stay.

All staff is good and the room, lobby hotel is clean. But the room I think with the price not really comfortable.

Pelayanan breakfast tidak ramah, tidak sopan. Kamar kotor, tidak profesional. Staf hotel yang kurang ramah. Tidak merekomendasikan untuk menginap di hotel ini. Penolakan di restoran lantai 13, tidak ramah dan cenderung rasis. Kapok. Mengecewakan.

Strategic place and exactly next to train station and bus station. Love the building as well. So great

Very good location, despite of small room, it has complete facilities including freezer which was very helpful for breastfeeding mom like me

Mình ở kháchsạn này 6 đêm. Mình ở phòng suit cao cấp. Phòng đẹp như hình nhưng hơi chật. Tuy nhiên khách sạn không hỗ trợ hết mình cho khách. Đây là lần đầu tiên có khách sạn không chịu đặt taxi cho khách và không chịu mang vali lên phòng cho khách. Mình khá thất vọng về cách phục vụ này.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean.
