Extremely pleasant stay with very friendly staff and one of the best hotel breakfast buffets I've tried:) only issue is the queuing arrangement at check-in and check out. Couldve been arranged better and trainee greeters also utilized more. Note that the Conrad is a mid-rise (?) Building with only 10 floors so you won't have a high view overlooking the area and most sides don't have a great view.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The friendly staff, comfortable rooms, excellent facilities, and convenient location made my experience truly enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel 's commitment to cleanliness and safety protocols provided added peace of mind. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family, and I hope to return for another stay in the future.

I very much enjoyed my overnight stay. It surpassed my expectation due to customer service, facilities and restaurants, etc. I will be back again.

I had a great stay. The staff knew it was my birthday so they gave a smaller room but with a better view, they even sent some sweets in my room. Room was spacious and location was convenient.

기본적인 객실내 물품들이 인원수대로 갖춰지지않아있고. 이처럼 커튼 닫아놨는데 외출후 들어오니 걷혀있음. 조식은 기대했던것 보다 맛없음.

The experience was fun! Our room had a great view! Will definitely go back. Just want to comment on the parking of the hotel, management might need to check how they can properly accommodate the parking spaces for both mall goers and hotel guests. 😊

Good service, very responsive for check in. I got hella big room with a good view. This is the best hotel ever. Near airport, it’s easy to get food in there because it has connection to the mall.

The location was excellent. Personnel are no doubt very courteous. However, for me, I believe they lack focus and system on dealing with checking in clients especially if there's a lot of guests already. We came in a bit early but got in our room a bit late (but should I have asked earlier, I think we could have got in on time. Need to call their attention). Not to mention, our bags came in 30mins more (after 3 follow up calls). Aside from that, overall experience was great!

The staff in conrad Hotel offer us to stay at the North so that we can easily access to a SMX Convention Centre however we cannot go through the north gate. So we need took far walking to the center to get into SMX Convention Centre. Please give us reliable suggestion next time. Thank you.
