Charming and accommodating. Staff super freindly and helpful.

This was the perfect place for me to stay to attend a local conference. I really enjoyed the gym and I felt safe at the hotel. It was a little noisy, but that's New York City. What can you do! It was easy access in and out and very convenient for me For the price that I paid absolutely 100%. I would do it again.

The property was close to my son’s apartment on 170th St.

I wish I could remember the front desk man’s name. He was so personable and helpful. He greeted us by name everytime. He loaned us an umbrella for our stay. Always asked if we needed anything. He exemplifies customer service and I am just sorry I can’t tell you his name. He is truly an asset to the hotel. The convenience to the subway was great. We loved having a keurig in our room too. Housekeeping did a great job servicing our room. The bottle of wine was the icing on the cake. Thanks

Loved this location and its very friendly staff. Our room was cozy (expected for NYC), but very clean and comfortable. We are definitely looking to return here for future visits to NYC!

Sparkling clean. Comfortable bed. Close to subway. Great staff.

Staff is beyond super wonderful but rooms are so tiny and doesn't help that there is no luggage rack nor comfortable chair. And you have to be at least 5'5" to stretch to reach rhe hangars in closet. No network channels (or too hard to find them)

It’s closer to Columbia medical campus and it’s kind of next to a street that feels run down. The bath towels have tears in them and I have noticed it each time (total of 2 stays) I stayed here. My son lives near by and we stayed here due to the proximity.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was great! They were friendly, helpful and very courteous! The rooms are very small but incredibly clean
