我於12月30日至1月1日入住，並獲贈一張新年夜晚餐券。一切都非常棒——從接送和熱情接待，到員工的周到服務和乾淨整潔的房間。一日遊和水上運動套餐也讓我非常滿意。這是我第一次來馬富施島，體驗非常棒。

The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Bagus banget. Malam pertama dapat kamar yang view-nya kurang ok, tapi kemudian di besok paginya minta pindah kamar sesuai pesanan dan dapat!!! Staf sangat ramah dan membantu. Kita juga dibantu untuk ikut excursion2 dengan harga yang ok punya. Makanan enak, tapi karena 4 hari sarapan di situ terus ya agak bosan sih karena variasinya enggak banyak.

Too long waiting for check in I was waiting there and I'm going for have some coffee because too long sitting in reception, after comeback from outside it was 15:30 still reception asking to waiting until 16:10, and when I got the room my expectations was full bed not twins bed to keep close and make 1 bed. This my first time here, and I feel very disappointed!

Overall is OK and the view from the room is stunning. However, only one thing is the unprofessional staff, like they don't know well on their product when I ask them what food is served in their restaurant. One staff will come to greet you when you arrive and disclaim that customers never ask info from hotel staff, which causes all the negative reviews. When I went to ask him for information, he ignored me and played on his phone. The staff look like they don't care. If you can overlook the staff, just go there to spend time with your family and your loved ones; this place is amazing.

Lokasi cukup baik, kamar bersih, pelayan ramah.

Very nice and comfy room, they upgraded our room to have a balcony one, such a nice experience of stay, the only bad review is their aircon is leaking caused not cool for 1 night, but the next day I tell housekeeping, they do maintenance immediately. Their excursion team will come to you once you arrived, they will try to arrange activities for you, the price is reasonable, but remember to ask everything clearly before payment, as after you paid, they will not focus on you anymore for what you are asking.

the service is awesome. the hotel has an elevator in each building, which is good. the location is a bit more walking to the place of the public ferry port. but maybe because this hotel is so popular in many tourists, so it is become noisy. especially tourists from China (pardon me). they always came in a bunch of group. maybe the hotel should have a policy to be able to reprimand tourists who are too noisy for disturbing other tourists. they don't seem to stop talking.

The room was surprisingly good. And they offer a variant of breakfast. It's recommended to stay there.

Clean, comfortable and next to the beach. Nice view from our room. All staff are really nice and helpful. We ask for late checkout without any add cost. Overall, we recommend Arena Beach Hotel; it is one of the best place to stay in Maafushi. Hope we'll be back again someday!

One night at Arena Beach Maafushi was amazing. All crew are standby and so helpful, they were serve with the best efforts. I was surprise that Ramil one of the team, give me a birthday cake for my wife. The excursion although take it for half day trip to snorkeling, sandbank and dolphin view, was so so so great. Breakfast is very good choices. The room is clean. The amenities is good. AC cool. Refrigerator running well. Location is important, right in front of hotel is bikini beach, it just like a private beach. I recommended this place.

Good location, awesome and charming people, delicious foods, have good facilities and many inexpensive excursions to do, good weather, warm breeze ocean, we can rent unique bicycles for free, 24 hours receptionist.
