It was a very relaxing experience. The room is bigger than we thought, the beach front was very nice and the staff is very accommodating.

The presidential room P2 is big but some how looks old. Maybe they need to upgrade it. The entire room smell like pesticide when we first entered it also we have an issue with the bathroom toilet it not flushing and you can hear the water keep on running without filling the water bowl. They need to fix that cause it wasted so much water. Another things are the staff they are somehow not accommodating and not attentive on guest needs specially on the restaurant area not only to us local but I also notice same treatment with another nationality

Room is so hot. Aircon was not functioning well. We are literally sweating while sleeping.

Breakfast is great but limited option only. The room and housekeeping services are perfect. Reception is masungit. We initial ask our reservation under my name and she just said none. Then I presented the voucher code from my phone but she was not able to find it and finally I gave the printed copy of the voucher, bad experience from the receptionist.
