這家旅館很寬敞，舒適乾淨，房間也很大，但空調有點老舊，呵呵。我建議以後在房間使用Stella牌的香氛，這樣味道會更好聞。員工和保安也很友善。下次來烏幹達我一定還會住這家飯店。

我們不得不換房間，因為我們預訂的是無菸房，但飯店給我們安排的房間煙味很重。前台接待員很熱情地帶我們看了其他幾個房間，讓我們挑選。最後我們找到了一間比較乾淨、沒有菸味的房間。

這家旅館價格有點貴，但地理位置優越，就在烏加蘭的主要道路上。我訂這家旅館是因為它有家庭房，而且很幸運，我被安排到了一樓的房間。

很抱歉我沒有時間拍照，這家飯店非常值得推薦，Wi-Fi 流暢、舒適、安全，而且員工也很友善。

對於一家沒有電梯、早餐也很普通的飯店來說，這個價格太貴了。

上午 11 點到達，當時很疲憊，但還是能夠提前辦理入住，工作人員非常樂於助人。

員工都很友善。保全人員和接待員反應迅速。

飯店真的很不錯，設施齊全。

I would like to express my overall satisfaction with the services and the room during my stay. Everything was pleasant, except for two areas that I believe could be improved. First, the condition of the towels could be better. They appeared worn and not up to the standard I expected. Second, I had an unfortunate experience with the night shift security guard. I arrived late from a family event and was not feeling well. My nephew, who was dropping me off, kindly asked the guard to move the cone and rope blocking direct access to the rooms in the back area of the hotel. The guard refused, stating that the area was full of cars. As a result, I had to walk through the reception area to reach my room. While the distance is not far under normal circumstances, it felt difficult due to my poor health. What saddened me even more was that the back area was nearlsuccess, only two or three cars were parked there. In my humble opinion, honesty and empathy are essential in the hospitality industry. A kind conversation and truthful response can make a big difference, especially when guests may be dealing with personal challenges. kamar nyaman meskipun terasa agak gerah, akses di pinggir jalan besar, Wifi lumayan , sarapan lumayan meski kurang variatif, Pendingin perlu di tingkatkan karena udara yg panas, lumayan utk Bintang 3

Harga sesuai dengan kamar dan layanan. Saya titip makanan di freezer karena jenis makanan yang mudah rusak, dilayani dengan sangat baik dan ramah. Pengalaman mengesankan. Recommended

Ke mana-mana dekat, saya merasa nyaman dan puas.

Ac perlu perawatan, dan saluran air perlu dicek kembali agar langsung hilang /menggenang

Pelayanan oke, best banget hotel di Ungaran.

Lokasi sangat strategis dekat masjid, sate, KFC, Pizza, dll. Termasuk di jalan utama jadi pastikan kalau menyeberang nunggu dibantu security biar aman. Karena tidak ada lift bagi yang tidak suka naik turun pilih lantai 1

Menu sarapan pagi rasanya hambar/anyep dan kurang bervariasi.

Ambiance nya nyaman bgt banyak, ada banyak picture yg motivational quotes, makanan di resto Sejoli-nya enak semuanya fan harganya masuk akal. Peoplenya very friendly and helpful ❤️

Sudah beberapa kali nginep di sini. Nyaman dan bersih. Staf ramah

Lokasi di pinggir jalan raya yang sangat mudah diakses, bahkan dilalui Trans Jateng. Overall cukup nyaman. Hotel sudah agak berumur tapi kebersihan terjamin. Staff juga sangat ramah. Kekurangannya adalah drainase di kamar mandi mampet sehingga menyebabkan genangan air yang parah sampai ke toilet. Terima kasih C3 dan terima kasih. 🤍
