Excellent experience all round

Schönes, gutes Hotel. Sauber und gepflegt. Freundliches Personal, guter Service. Frühstück ist sehr lecker, frisch und umfangreich.

Amazing property, with beach access.

Loved my stay here - beautiful and quiet location plus nice staff ! Very relaxing

Vakkert og behagelig hotell. De ansatte er vennlige, smilende og behagelige å kommunisere med. Min sønn på åtte år og jeg har reist hit for en uke. Dessverre var bare superior-rommet ledig i fire dager. Så vi booket også tre overnattinger på et rom med sjøutsikt. Begge rommene er rene og pene. Mest magisk er helt klart superior-rommet. Frokosten er fantastisk. Middagen bra nok. Sønnen elsker crispy chicken fra barnemenyen. Vi har bestilt halvpensjon. (Frokost og middag). Drikke til middag betaler vi i tillegg. Vann er dyrt. Men det er det på alle hoteller vi har vært. Ellers ok priser. Alle som serverer maten er sjarmerende og hyggelige. Det er to strender rett ved hotellet. Begge er flotte. Spa er dessverre for de over 16. Det ble sønnen min veldig skuffet over. Og det stod ingen ting om det da jeg booket. Helt klart at jeg anbefaler dette hotellet. Spesielt for de som trenger å lade. Og bade i sjøen. Landsbyen Sant Elm er meget rolig.

Room was small for the cost , looking little tied on some furniture , patio door very difficult to use .comfortable bed . All staff where amazing and went out of their way to help , reception and booking in were amazing and done with a smile .dont think the extra charge for sun-beds is warranted due to cost of stay . Spa pool was cold Beautiful location and hotel and would return

The property was great. Really enjoyed my stay, the only black mark on the trip was the transfer company that we booked through the hotel. I don’t recommend them at all, poor communication and made up lies about us being no shows

I went as a solo female traveller and it was perfect. Stunning views, professional service and a very safe neighbourhood to wander about in. Would return!

Insane view from the room, and great location. Staff is kind and very helpful. The breakfast was great, and food from their restaurant is also very good (a bit pricy). Only thing I can say negative is how small the gym area was, but it gets the job done.

Very exclusive

We had the best time and the staff were so lovely! The only thing I would say is the fact you can’t lock your hotel door from the inside, it isn't ideal when you have a 2 year old that can open it. Also our air conditioning was making a noise.

Lovely hotel with great views

Unfortunately we had a few ants in the bathroom. The safe wasn’t working and a repair was done but still didn’t work. Both not reported back to reception as they did not cause a major problem.

We spent two days at the property. Two adults and two kids. Great staff.(Patri was exceptional) Location is perfect. There’s a beach club available to hotel guests at reduced price. Must be booked in advance. If not the beach is next to the hotel. Food was great and breakfast was fantastic. We would definitely visit again. Hotel manager was also very welcoming. Thanks for a fab stay.

Wir waren wirklich sehr begeistert. Das Personal war hervorragend, das Essen sehr lecker und das Zimmer perfekt. Wir hatten ein normales Doppelzimmer und besonders die Größe des Bads hat uns gefallen. Eine große Dusche und jede Menge Ablagefläche. Das Buffet war sehr vielseitig, auch einige vegane Optionen (Sojajoghurt, gedünstetes Gemüse, Porridge).

Fantastic hotel - the location is amazing right on the beach. The rooms are nicely decorated and the restaurant food and drinks are great. The area is not too busy but still has a nice selection of restaurants to choose from.
