Staff was so friendly. Delicious free breakfast was open at 5am, so great for travelling. We would definitely stay there again!

Breakfast buffet was very nice

Check in started pleasant then when we went to pay our damage deposit, our credit cards decline. We tried 4 different credit cards before we asked if it was an error with their machines. Both the person helping us and his coworker argued with us that it couldn’t be their machines because they checked people in all day. It wasn’t until an elderly couple’s card declined that they finally realized it was their machines. Check in took 30 minutes to check in and we were tired from the long drive.

After several days on the AlCan highway, we stopped in Dawson Creek and what a beautiful hotel! They were so kind and helpful, and loved my service dog. The guest laundry was free, and on a first-come basis. The breakfast was delicious, and they were ready for us due to a system of filling out a form the night before with what you want to eat, and what time you want to eat. This place was fantastic.

Clean but out dated and poorly maintained room. Front desk staff issued a room key to another traveler at 8am on the day of our 11am check out, who promptly walked in to our room while still occupied by us. Facility needs attention. Restaurant staff and service was adequate. Overpriced for what was delivered.

Staff was very friendly

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was provided at the onsite restaurant and was great.

The room was clean but the shower walls need to be fixed/updated. Free breakfast was great and the restaurant has excellent food.

Good food, restaurant was excellent in all aspects - meals and service. Gym pass daily during the week really convenient with the gym located in the same parking lot, with very friendly staff and more than enough fitness equipment for any type of workout. Very inconvenient for shift work which is very common, could not get a later check out than noon, or would be charged another entire night charge.

The room was very clean and comfortable! The staff was extremely friendly! The breakfast could be a little bigger, but very delicious!

We liked the early breakfast option! We were able to get on our way after a good hearty breakfast by 6 am.

Wouldn’t stay again

The outside of the building doesn't give you a good impression at all. The rooms have been renovated but some of the room was lacking in cleanliness. For example the mirror in the bedroom was grossly streaked (like someone used a very dirty scummy rag to wash and didn't bother to wipe) I had to use the shampoo provided to wash the jacuzzi because it was so slimy. I didn't dare fill the tub up to the jets and the floor in the bathroom was very sticky. The breakfast was smaller then other restaurant styled "free breakfasts" I'm sure I only received one egg in my scrambled eggs. It was a tasty breakfast. However, despite those things the room was clean and cozy. I know staff work hard and it's easy to miss things, so my gratitude goes out to the staff. Thank you for your hard work.

The staff was super friendly, especially Alma in the restaurant! Great cook to order breakfast included with fee. Great clean room.

Staff was great. Hotel is older, they had a "nightclub" which had loud bass, but we were able to sleep.

Very comfortable room, pleasant staff, good hot breakfast, reasonable rates.
