First thing first, even though it's an apartment, they're very strict regarding the number of people staying. There were 4 of us, so we had to pay for 2 extra pax @ THB 600/night. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay, the staffs have limited English but are very helpful. The room was very clean and comfy, complete amenities. Wi-Fi's good, you can connect Netflix to the TV. Kitchen's good. The location is not very close to touristy areas like Pratunam or Chatuchak, but still very strategic because there are restaurants, convenience stores, traditional markets, supermarkets (Tops), even a mosque, all within walking distance.

Very comfortable, especially the 50sqm room. I like to get chill on the sofa room with an open window. Very clean, especially the kitchen and the back balcony. Very friendly staff and good service. And the roof top also interesting.

Air-condition too old and have annoyed smell. Bed is not soft at all.

床很软，睡起来很舒服，空调很凉快，很方便，设施齐全，房间很新很干净。有礼貌的接待员 安全的停车场 有工作人员照顾您。入住前需进行 ATK 测试。你可以更加自信。下次我一定还会住在这里。

超级好的酒店，干净，位置非常方便，适合我的行程安排。工作人员都超级好，超级友好，从保安、接待员到客房服务员……下次我来曼谷一定会住在这里。

Hotelnya oke banget, pelayanan ramah. Mau perpanjang menginap di sana tapi full. Pokoknya oke deh dekat sama 3 langgu juga jebih mudah lah, pokoknya puas sangat, sesuai dengan gambar.

住宿条件良好，开车或打车出行方便。房间宽敞、干净，分成多个区域。我住了两晚。我喜欢的另一件事是这里有一台洗衣机。我遇到了 Khun Rapee，他很友好，并且很照顾顾客。工作人员和保安也提供了良好的服务。迷你吧是第一件东西。价格不贵，周围有很多吃的。距离Donki只有800米，算是很近了。如果我有机会去那个地区，我一定会再次住在那里。

จองห้อง one bedroom ไปนะ ข้อดี - ห้องกว้าง ทีพื้นที่ให้นั่งเล่น มีครัวแยก - ทำเลไม่ไกลมาก ซอยไม่ลึก - พนักงานต้อนรับพูดจาดี ยิ้มแย้ม - มินิบาร์ราคาถูก -มีอุปกรณ์ให้ค่อนข้างครบ เช่น ครัว จาน ชาน ช้อน ส้อม ไมโครเวฟ กาต้มน้ำร้อน เตา (แต่ไม่ได้ใช้) อุปกรณ์อาบน้ำ ขวดเล็กๆ แชมพู สบู่ (ไม่ได้ใช้) ข้อเสีย - ห้องที่เข้าพักมีกลิ่นท่อจากห้องน้ำทำให้ห้องมีกลิ่น - มีเสียงรบกวนจากการก่อสร้าง ทำให้ไม่ค่อยได้นอน - อ่างอาบน้ำตัวหมุนปล่อยน้ำเสีย เอาจุกออกไม่ได้ - ตัวเปลี่ยนน้ำออกฝักบัวดึงขึ้นแล้วหลุดออกมาเลยจ่ะต้องมาซ่อมให้ไปอีก - ไดร์เป่าผมเบามาก - ที่จอดรถน้อย -ห้องครัวไม่มีม่านกั้น ทำให้แสงสว่างเข้ามา คนไม่ชอบแสงอาจไม่ถูกใจ

สะอาด กว้าง เตียงสปริงไม่ค่อยดี แอร์เย็นฉ่ำมาก ห้องน้ำเก่าไปหน่อย โดยรวมดีมากค่ะ คุ้มค่ากับราคา

Saya menyukai kamarnya yang bersih rapi dan luas, harga pun terjangkau. Walaupun jauh dari bts station atau pusat perbelanjaan.

United Residences was the perfect place for me & my girlfriend on our last trip there. It's near 7-11 & a few steps away from the property is the road already. Reception was very accommodating, staff were courteous & very welcoming & our requests were handled exceptionally well. The 1 bedroom suite is very spacious & has all the needed amenities you need to make you feel at home, it has a dining table, cutlery set, TV, refrigerator to chill your drinks & most of all we were able to personally wash our clothes using their automatic washing machine which was really awesome. I would book this place once we have decided to come back to Bangkok.

As advertised! Great place to stay especially if you are new to Thailand. The front desk was very helpful and the guards are perfect gentlemen. This hotel has everything you need, clean and service is impeccable. There is a quaint coffee shop, food and 7-11 (always helpful imo) and anywhere further then that you can definitely take a taxi or grab. I would 10/10 stay here again!
