They are remodeling rooms and it can get a little dusty, but overall the public areas are clean.
The one thing I that needs work is the Wi-Fi as it went out a few times during my 2 day stay and the cable system stopped working. This only became a problem when I tried to log out of my Prime & Youtube account.
The rooms are nice and basic. The A/C works well, nice water pressure, has a good bed and nice pillows.
The one unpleasant surprise is they make you leave a cash deposit for the A/C & TV controls of $500 pesos or $30 USD or on your card. The 30 dollar deposit used to be $20 USD.
I would return to this hotel as it's close to many services and restaurants. There's a new taco restaurant across the street, but I prefer the little taco truck on the corner.
