To the management of Tropicana Suites Hotel: I am pleased to say that our stay at Tropicana Suites hotel has been excellent and has surpassed all my expectations. The staff was very wonderful and catered to my every need. The room was impeccably clean, wide and all the facilities were in perfect working order. Thank you for your excellent hospitality, and I hope to stay at Tropicana Suites again soon.

+ Hotel may be a little outdated (still using keys instead of key cards) but it is very well maintained. Our room is big enough for two and clean. The water in the pool was clear that you can open your eyes underwater. - Our room was on the 1st floor. It was raining during our stay so we can hear the rain drops inside as our room was just beside the roof.

Upon arrival I was told that I will be upgraded to a bigger room only to be accommodated on a very humid and hot suite. I complained and ask for a fan but still the room smells like stinky kitchen and the hotness is unbearable I ask for another room and they transfer me to the same kind of room that I booked. Bed is hard and just 2 double beds placed next to each other with. Aircon is noisy. The only good side is the breakfast and helpful staff. Also, I hate the fact that every time you go in and out, the security guard keep on asking your room number.

The room has thin walls and floors. We we’re hearing people from the other side of the room having parties. We we’re complained by the people occupying down stairs because we had to move the table and chairs to the other side.

Untuk saat ini cukup baik tapi ada kurangnya selama aku menginap di hotel baru kali ini tidak dikasih slipper dan tissu pun tidak ada, hanya untuk toilet untuk kebersihannya oke lah.

I'm so happy with our staycation. The room is spacious. Very clean toilet, I don't know but our room looks like new and the pool is very clean. I so love our stay. They even upgraded our room with no extra charge. Amazing!

Always a good stay. Linda from the reservation team and the front office team were the best, they are very helpful all the time. But I wish they could have a buffet breakfast.

Hotel rooms are huge. Very accommodating staff including security personnel. My kids were amazed by the looks of the rooms. Location was perfect. Breakfast was not that great however, but overall, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at the hotel. Would love to come back in the future.

Tropicana Suites is a good place to stay. Their hoteliers are very friendly and polite. They are always ready to attend to your personal needs. The rooms are big. I was amazed how spacious it was for I just booked it for a lower rate. The food is a bit okay. The facade of the building looks too old. You may consider some improvements to it so you can attract more guests. The lock of each door should also be improved because I was worried that it could be opened at anytime. I noticed as well that the check in time is 3pm, not 2pm which is standard for most hotels. Overall, the experience was good. I'll go back to this hotel sooner.
