Lovely room, staff good,, was suppose to have quiet room as upgraded but wedding going on so bit noisy

Disappointing. Booked this hotel due to the free Airport Shuttle Bus. Arrived well within the advised operating hours of the shuttle bus. Called the number given by the hotel to be asvised the number was no longer in operation. Was left stranded at Pearson Airport at 21.30 with no option but to get a taxi which cost $36 to travel less than 2km. Would have been better paying more for a better property. Really dissapointing.

Ideally situated just off the Stray, this is a pleasant newly refurbished hotel with excellent facilities & is a great place to stay in Harrogate. Don’t be put off by the Cedar Court brand -this is way smarter than the Wakefield one.

What a beautiful hotel, lovely large rooms, fantastic food and welcoming and friendly staff.

Great stay at hotel as it a good base for sightseeing Harrogate and other places, short walk into Harrogate and buses run very frequently. Hotel windows could do with nets or blinds and the wind whistled all one night through the window vent. My mattress sagged a bit in the middle and had two lights not working on arrival. On the whole we were happy with our stay and would probably go back.

Beautiful property and lovely outdoor area on first impressions, though there were areas requiring attention; a water stain from a leak on the ceiling above one of the bay windows within the bar area and the woodwork on the large window on the outer foyer in need of repair. Well appointed bar with plenty of selection. Drinks served cold and as per our requirements. We didn’t eat, so can’t comment on breakfast or restaurant. We upgraded to a suite which was absolutely beautiful and spacious. My only suggestion would be the addition of a fridge, which could be easily accommodated given the space available. The internet access and speed was not great and kept dropping out. A password protected system for guests only, might be a solution? Other than these minor things, this is our second stay and we will definitely return. There is ample safe parking, payable on arrival, though plenty of road space just outside the property if you do not wish to pay. It is well situated with just a 8 - 10 minute walk (flat terrain) into Harrogate. There is a tee pee outside the hotel, recently re-roofed in which themed evenings are planned, such as champagne & prosecco evenings and comedy evenings. If you are bringing your dog(s) they seem to be very welcome, with treats available and rooms which can accommodate them, with lovely parkland and field areas directly across the road from the hotel.

We enjoy the experience in the hotel it's a high quality 4 star.

The hotel provides a very positive initial visual experience with very well decorated and maintained general areas restaurants and bedrooms However an unadvertised demand for a parking fee (£10 / 24 hrs) immediately on arrival before we’d even unloaded all bags from our car did not go down well including the surly way this was demanded As we’d been travelling for several days we had a lot of baggage and had to search for a luggage trolley (no assistance offered) which I then had to get into the lift etc We had planned for this to be a final overnight and planned for a fine meal to end the trip and were acutely disappointed to see a hugely limited and unadvertised restricted Sunday dinner menu that had clearly started life as a Sunday lunch menu evidenced by what arrived as main courses Other examples of poor food included a panacotta with enough gelatine to be used as a hockey puck - we opted to not even try the breakfast menu On the upside some staff were very friendly but overall there was very little positive interaction between staff that are a hall mark of a well managed hotel One simple facility improvement would include a small fridge in rooms needed in a hotel that was hot and not air conditioned We would not be staying there again

Great hotel, stopped there on 3 separate occasions now and will certainly stop again.

Not good at all I felt Undervalued Mould in bathrooms blocked drains slippery dangerous bathrooms No soundproofing and constant weddings and bands so no sleep

Good breakfast, friendly staff & dogs welcome. Town is walkable, great place

The staff were busy The hotel was understaffed Manager was unavailable and then when I left they spoke awfully about me I had never had this before and have stayed in many hotels in Harrogate and around the world Fabrizio was gorgeous and so friendly he was the bar staff

This was the best stay and best choice

Overall all a good stay Just one bit of advisory information, check out in the morning, with just one person in reception trying to deal with multi guests checking out wasn’t ideal.
