good location , near from MRT and food

The location was great just across City Square mall and many eateries around and 5 mins walk to Farrer Park MRT station. The hotel is very badly maintained and needs to be refurbished. Definitely not worth the amount we paid for 4 nights.

Letak hotel strategis, dekat MRT Farrer Park, dekat restoran halal juga, dekat Mustafa Center, kamar cukup luas, kamarnya bisa untuk salat, kamar mandi bersih, bathtub dan ada jet shower ya, resepsionis lumayan ramah, bisa bahasa Indo, pas pesan lumayan sih dapat harga cuma 900 ribu, jarang-jarang ada hotel di Singapore di bawah 1 juta yang ada kamar mandi privat.

The location is very strategic, very close from Farrer park MRT and just the opposite of city square mall. The room was quite small but it was clean. The bathroom was quite OK except that the closet water pipe was leaking a bit.

Urusan cari makan mudah. Transportasi gampang. Belanja oleh-oleh 30 meter dari hotel ada Mustafa. Kalau hotel hanya untuk tidur dan lebih banyak jalan-jalannya hotel ini sangatlah tepat.

No response when contact hotel 😅

Pihak hotel sama sekali tidak membantu atau coba merespon permintaan saya soal reschedule. Saya telepon dan email tidak ada tanggapan. Padahal saya tidak jadi menginap karena masa pandemic tidak dapat pergi dan seharusnya pihak hotel memberikan saya kesempatan merubah jadwal. Tidak recommended hotel ini. Next ke Singapore tidak akan pilih hotel ini.

Kamar sedikit kotor, dinding perlu dicat lagi.

Dekat dengan MRT dan bis, sayangnya air panasnya cuma hangat, tidak ada sabun dan shampoo, dekat banget sama mustafa center jadi banyak makanan halal.

Kamarnya bagus, berkarpet. dekat dengan mustafa 1 menit jalan kaki. jajanan indonesia gampang, mau tukar uang juga tidak jauh.

Suka karena dekat dengan mustafa center. Jeleknya sih karena AC central ya dingin banget. Terus bathtubnya kurang pana s saja airnya.

Saya amat sangat menikmati sekali liburan ke Singapura, hotel yang kita tempati sangat bersih, AC-nya dingin, kamar mandi juga bersih, Resepsionisnya juga sangat ramah, lokasi hotel sangat strategis sekali sangat dekat dengan MRT farrer park, harga pun terjangkau, Next kalau ke Singapura lagi akan menginap di hotel 165 👍🏻👍🏻

Kamarnya cukup lebar dari hotel setara harga lainnya tapi sprei dan selimut tidak pernah di ganti cuma handuk saja, Dan resepsionisnya cweck kacamataanya itu jutek banget dan kalau menginap wajib bawa selimut sendiri AC tetep dingin.

Although other reviewers said it already, we still went and reserved a room here. Centralized aircon could be too cold at night and too warm during the day. And we cannot do anything about it. The bathroom although big has no bidet and has a stinky smell. Flushing causes leaks. Small bathtub has no stopper and on my first time showering, I found a clump of hair on the drain. It appears our room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned even with our late check in. On our 3rd night, our room smelled like cigarette even though none of us smokes and it was midnight already. I thought someone from the other rooms could be smoking and because the aircon was centralized, the smell was sucked in and scattered to all rooms. What’s good about this place is the location. Just beside Hotel 165 is a small food centre serving delicious and affordable food. Mustafa centre, Valu$ store and MRT is just a few meters away.
