Stay for 2 nights. First night the hot shower water run for about 2-3 min. before becoming cold.

Perfect for 1 or 2 nights. Very attentive staff, public areas very clean. Bedrooms could perhaps do with a bit of modernisation - lighter colours might make the rooms feel bigger - but all in a good night sleep and had everything we needed. Food very good and reasonably priced.

Cute hotel and an 8 minute walk to Stepps Station that took us into town/city and surrounding areas.

All was good but stairs up to first floor no lift Reception had to carry out suitcase up for us

The evening f on the evening we were there was very poor. The chef had no idea how to cook vegetables - we have NEVER been served such badly cooked vegetables. My husband's broccoli was completely tough and inedible, and mine was almost as bad. My husband returned it via the waiter to the chef/cook, but the response was only that "yes it was hard. Would we like more vegetables?" No apology whatsoever! - from the waiter or ( worse!) from the chef/cook. In addition, our starter of spring rolls was very seriously overcooked/over-fried, the 'pastry' being very hard and slightly scorched.

Lovely hotel outside of city. Problem was room very hot and stuffy during hot days we were there and no air con or air flow other than small window. Provided us a small fan on request

Lovely hotel. Only complaint was noisy neighbours so not a good night sleep

Was there for one night on business would recommend

just as expected as I have been there before and will go again, everything is just as you would expect from a place to relax, staff friendly and helpful, hotel and room very clean, what else would you want.

The best Best Western I’ve stayed in.

Booked an Executive room and was shown to a dark and musty room looking out over the back of the property. There were red stains on the net curtains that looked like blood. I went back to reception and they moved me to another Executive room which had been modernised. It was much better. I don't know why they had not allocated that room in the first place as it was free that night.

The hotel was having a huge party they decided not to tell paying guests about. Thumping music kept us up.

Standard for Best Western. Rather old fashioned, lots of brown wood, but comfortable and good service. Menu was mostly grilled and fried, but our meals were well-cooked and tasty. Nice views over the golf course fromhebroom at the back of the hotel.

We had a nice stay. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed our meals in the restaurant. Overall a very nice quite stay.
