Super ubicación todo excelente

This hotel is in a great area for exploring Santiago. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had booked an internal facing room and ascwell as limited light here was a bit of noise in the evening from events on the roof terrace. Other than that the room was quiet. It was good to have an outdoor space available for drinks but it would have been nicecto be able to order drinks during the day. Breakfast was ok

Hotel is well located for transport and local entertainment. Very helpful staff. Roof top bar doesn't live up to the photos online but the service up there was excellent. Breakfast was simple and didn't change for the 4 nights I was there.

Clean room, nice stuff, good breakfast

As soon as I arrived from the airport, the staff was incredibly welcoming. They were extremely understanding and helpful for any and every request I had. The property was very well maintained from the lobby all the way to the rooftop. Speaking of the rooftop, the bar was great with a lovely view of the city and mountains. Christian worked so hard to make sure everyone had what they needed every single day. The food was so good that despite eating in the city I made sure to grab some dinner at the bar. I will definitely be back to Santiago so Luciano K will be at the top of my list of places to stay.

Great location - easy access to everything we wanted by foot or metro. The room was comfortable with a good layout. Riding the old elevator was a highlight : ) Wonderful breakfast. Staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful during our stay!

Good location, rooms with carisma, staff helpsom. Great view from terrasse and a small pool Breakfast not good. Bakery all dry. Seems like to days old crossiants and donuts. Strange how not to see it even. Breakfast is not keeping up with the standard of the hotel.

Hotel Luciano K was absolutely perfect. The location, the rooms, the breakfast, the staff, two working elevators, great linens and pillows plus washcloths!! Also the rooftop bar and restaurant was a fun retreat where we were given two delicious pisco sours by the manager. We could walk to just about everything!

Overall, the place was great and staff very helpful and friendly. The pool area is nice — the pool is way smaller and than it looked in the photos and I had assumed the restaurant was open all the time. No biggie at all, and I was overall happy with my stay.

Beautiful historic hotel. Staff are considerate and knowledgeable. We are staying again because we enjoyed the experience so much.

Loved this art deco hotel. Very fun.

Great staff who guided us to things to see in the area and great restaurant recommendations. Planning a return next year. Lovely roof top bar to kick back and enjoy snacks.
