Big thanks to staff named Asmidah, she explained every single detail from check-in to check-out. The best thing is, I can park my car at the apartment parking space (FOC). It feels safe and sound, because I brought my car from Sarawak to Sabah.

Oke banget, recommended lokasi strategis dan hotel bersih.

It says no deposit upon check in, but I have to pay rm200 deposit. The master bedroom air conditioner leaking so badly and flooding the floor but the operator does not offer any room replacement instead asking us to shut down the air conditioner only and left us staying in hot for the whole stay. One of the towel used to wipe the leaking air conditioner water and definitely has rusty stains from the water on it, but the operator charge us for our negligence instead admitting their mistake from the leaking air conditioner.

Bad hotel. Bad service. Everything was bad. Mintak depo rm200. At last charge rm30 sbb ada kesan kotoran warna merah dekat towel. Kita xbuat tp terpaksa mengaku. Better go for another hotel. Banyak lagi dkt kota kinabalu.

Apartment yang sesuai untuk keluarga, dekat dengan mana-mana shopping mall.

Heater was broken, my family and I had to shower in cold water. Toilet seat is broken and the room was a bit dusty.

Nxt to covid19 quarantine.. nightmare

Staff not friendly... cakap check in 2pm tapi lambat....kami tunggu sampai 2.30pm baru dapat check in...tu pun check in cleaner tengah bersih bilik....then staff xde nak mohon maaf ke apa...nxt time x akan dah duk sini...not recommended..

Aircon room got some problem although maintenance come to our room but the still say no problem at night it was hot. Room no 709

Nice place, sesuai untuk penginapan family, tetapi sedikit masalah bila pihak pengurusan tersalah tengok resit deposit yang dihantar via whatsapp, membuatkan kami sedikit panik, tapi akhrnya dapat diselesaikan.

When I check in here, on the first night, the aircond have problem. In the next morning, the technician fix it for me. Anyway I really love to come and stay at this hotel again.very recommended for family. It'd very nice sunset view at swimming pool and gym ( close until 10pm) ,my kids really like it, so much.very clean and comfortable.the room have washing machine,clothes hang dryer, kitchen cabinet (have plate, spoon, cup,) , tv, iron, hair dryer,, refrigerator and wifi as well with 2 queen bedrooms and 1 bathroom/toilet. The hotel is close to interesting places like Philippines market, jesselton point, rm4 only by grab car. Near to maybank and bsn. if you plan to stay here, make sure bring your basics like shampoo, toothbrush, soap, detergent, or coffee, mineral water because they didn't provide it for you.

Worth it, great location and good for family with children.

My family and i had a great stay. Everything was perfect. The manager, Elise ensured the check in/check out was smooth. Even allowed us to check out a bit late so that we can do our prayers. Very spacious and clean. Wifi was strong and the view was breathtaking. Will definitely come back again and recommend to others.
