房間比想像中大，空調冷氣很弱，會有點悶熱。飯店外面就有電車站，前往市區很方便。晚餐是自助式，種類少很簡單，早餐選擇稍多些，餐點口味一般。

這是一個用舊監獄改建的酒店非常有特色。

The room is comfortable, the staffs are nice and helpful. The breakfast is very good. It has the early breakfast take away as we leave at 5:30am by our request. But only the bathtub is too high. Others are prefect!

We are late to checkin, so we email to inform the staff earlier, they reply me very quick, that impress me a lot. It is easy to reach hotel by taking tram 4 from central station. We get upgraded to bigger room from expedia VIP treat. And getting the cash coupons to buy items from snack bar. Room is clean, bed is comfortable.

What a wonderful three nights we had at this fabulous hotel in the beautiful city of Helsinki. The conversion of this former gaol into a hotel has been creative and innovative.The location is convenient to the tram, waterfront and local restaurants. Our room was large, incredibly quiet and super comfortable. The inclusion in the tariff of breakfast, afternoon tea and the evening meal made it excellent value for money and added to the “ homely” environment they have successfully created. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

We stayed for five nights at the prison hotel. We loved how unique the hotel is. We loved breakfast, afternoon coffee and cake and thought the free dinner was great value and delicious.

Excellent value for money, meals included is a great plus, food of very good quality. Comfortable stylish and convenient, tram stop directly outside hotel. Highly recommended.

The food was absolutely wonderful. We loved breakfast and also enjoyed dinner. The staff were helpful and accommodating. We worked out in the gym and it was a good experience. This hotel is really outstanding and we will never forget the Katajanokka. My husband absolutely loved the history of this hotel.
