Terrible experience! We couldn't reach the hotel as we had one checked in baggage what we needed to take out first. After that we couldn't enter to the hotel any more! Please descripe for limitation that you must travel only with carry on bags. Never try to use this hotel again.

Room comfortable enough for 6 hours' sleep before my next flight. I wish there were more choices for vegetarians like me.

Cocok untuk menghemat waktu, terutama saat transit untuk penerbangan panjang. Perlu 2 identitas jika kamar ditempati 2 orang, kalau tidak sarapan hanya diberikan untuk 1 orang.

The room was perfect with a great night's sleep. Staff a mixed bunch, some super friendly and others not so much. What I did like in the price was use of pool and lounge after check out.

Very convenient location for a good nights sleep during transit.

Great place to stay for 6 or more hours while having a long layover time. It's inside Changi T1 so don't go out pass the immigration. My family and I booked the twin room, it was clean and each bed was quite spacious. The plugs are international so we didn't need any extenders. Basic amenities are provided. The food could be better though. Overall, it's a great transit hotel.
