Good location

Estancia perfecta. La persona que nos atendió muy agradable y la habitación perfecta.

Todo excelente, en recepción nos atendió Belen, una atención y trato inmejorable

Comfortable, great location and reasonable price.

Location was very convenient, in the old town, on a quiet street. It was easy to get to University, Plaza Mayor and other sights from there, as well as getting to more modern part of the city. The JCH Congresso is an aparthotel, it means your room has separate bedroom and a very well appointed kitchen (with pots, pans, utensils, etc., coffeemaker, but no kettle though) Our rooms (bedroom, living area, kitchen area) were clean and had everything we might need during our stay. We would not mind staying there again, if we ever go to Salamanca in the future. Reception only works limited hours, so, if you need to check out early in the morning, and need to call taxi, you better talk to them the day before, as they may not be there. P.S. They allow pets (dogs).

Paid parking

En general todo bien, pero es cierto que el estado está un poco deteriorado, el sofá cama muy incómodo, el WC se mueve y las almohadas muy muy blandas.

Apartamento perfecto e impoluto

Me ha gustado lo céntrico que está y las ventajas que tiene el ser un apartamento. Te puedes preparar el desayuno por la mañana sin problemas.

La estancia ha sido muy buena. La chica de recepción fue muy amable y nos hizo muy buenas recomendaciones de restaurantes.

Acomodação excelente, embora tenha havido uma falha na limpeza, logo corrigida. Apartamento muito confortável e localizado a poucos passos das principais atrações de Salamanca.

It was a good stay but the parking at the building is pretty tough. You would see A LOT of scratches on the wall because vehicles keeps hitting it. I think the space for the parking is simply BAD DESIGN. I don't want to park there again.

Son departamentos, cuenta con estacionamiento pagado muy estrecho, el personal es muy rudo en su trato pero te auxilian en lo que puedesn y te resuleve cualquier duda. Nuestro cuarto no contaba con aire acondicionado. Del resto es un lugar recomendable para hospedarte cerca del centro de la ciudad.

Raum gerichtlich nicht ok. Mischung aus Zigaretten und Vape-Shop. Zumindest in meiner Nase

El apartamento está muy bien. Las camas muy cómodas. Eso sí, la calefacción a tope y sin posibilidad de regularla. Tuvimos que abrir las ventanas. Al llegar no tenían las llaves dónde nos habían dicho que las recogieramos y tuvimos que esperar una hora a que nos las llevaran. Por lo demás, todo perfecto

Nice apartment next to the beautiful old city. We will return. The fact that they accepted dogs was a huge advantage.
