位置優越：鄰近火車，巴士站，到城內觀光購物亦十分便利。 服務一流：入住前曾向酒店查詢有關早餐的安排，很快就收到Jessica的答覆。入住當天收到一份有關火車延誤的意大利文電郵，所以向前台Victoria查詢，她不但給我們很詳細的解釋，而且將電郵打印一份並用螢光筆標示重點，以方便我們使用，這種服務實在貼心。 早餐一流：餐廳平時供應咖啡等飲品及小食給住客享用，早餐內容非常精彩，服務員招呼周到。

Great location. Close to cruise ship terminal. Close to walking zone with many restaurants. Great breakfast.

Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Personal war großartig und immer freundlich, das Bett super bequem und das Zimmer sehr sauber. Alle städtischen Sehenswürdigkeiten waren zu Fuß erreichbar. Beim nächsten Mal in Triest bin ich auf jeden Fall wieder dort.

Very good staff and late check in , no problem specially when you came from a far train ride . Good breakfast buffet . Easy access to downtown, canal grande .

This is a beautiful,old hotel. While it is suffering from a little wear and tear it is still a nice place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a great selection. The area outside the hotel is loud and a bit run down but still safe and only a short walk from key attractions. Despite the noise outside, inside the hotel was quiet and we never heard any street noises in our room.

The hotel was clean but rooms minimalistic, there were mold spots in the bathroom. Does not match 3 star hotel definition.

Great location, quiet room with double glazed windows. No safe in room. High ceilings.Excellent breakfast. Air conditioning adequate for mid September, however it was set to not go below 22degrees Celsius (73 degrees. Fahrenheit.) which may not be sleeping temperature for some North Americans.

Central location to transport. Short walk to bars cafe restaurant. Excellent breakfast staff .

Room was clean with a large bathroom. View of one of the Gondola staging areas was cool. Steps from st marks square. Easy walking distance to water taxi stops. Would define stay here again.

We got a very warm welcome and the breakfast was really splendid.

The front desk & hotel staff were excellent. Provided Maps and suggestions for sightseeing & dining. Very walkable to major sights and restaurants.The Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices & fresh fruit & pastries . Price and location make this a good choice for couples .

La struttura é ben ristrutturata, pulita, silenziosa, in posizione ottimale per visitare facilmente la città. Mi é piaciuta l'architettura dell'edificio e la saletta della colazione. Se proprio devo trovare un picvolo difetto, mancavano uova e bacon a colazione, ma sono sopravvisduta alla grande e mi sono molto divertita a visitare la bellissima citta' di Trieste.
