Overall experience was very nice, the staff were welcoming and exciting. The guest were friendly. I had an amazing time. The only negative of this property is the air conditioning; some rooms had it and some didn’t.

Poor cleaning on plates, spoon, forks, knife and coffee cups. Always there is fish or egg smells on it. Need to wash it with proper detergents instead of just simple washing in water. This is a serious concern.

When we arrived we was unaware that we needed to set up transportation from the airport to the resort. So we paid 40$ to get there once we got there we have to switch rooms 2 after we finally made it to the 3 room we just end up settling.. we was supposed to have a room by the beach. That was from the truth. So we lost 2 days from our trip to figure things out. Then when it was time to leave We scheduled transportation to get to the airport we were was told to be downstairs by 1030 am which we was ready at 10 am to only be told they came at 9:45 am which meant we again had to pay another 40$ to the airport I was very disappointed.

Staff are great. Rooms have limited power outlets. Room maintain stocked. Good restaurants. Cocktails are ok - no premium spirits. Great for partying.

Saw insects in room

The staff service was terrible. They ignore the people and treat us really bad. I know maybe they are exhausted, I was a server but I think they need to be more serviceable. I really don’t think I would like to come back.

Electrical outlets were not functioning. Bathroom had a foul odor and the sink was clogged. No English channels on the TV. Room was too close to the club music.

The room appeared significantly outdated, the bed was uncomfortably firm, and there were insects (cockroaches) present in the room. This was particularly unexpected as I have previously stayed at this property and had a pleasant experience. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone nor would I stay there in the future.

Some of the staff was amazing! But some was kinda a rude . I always was mad that my shower wasn’t working and when I told them that , they didn’t fix it right away . I had to wait the day before I leaving for them to fix it . So 3 day with a broke shower . Liquor is very water down so bring your own bottle

Staff was amazing - specifically ariel, santo, Edward, Kenny, Enrique, Diego, and Rosie Rooms - tissue holder, outlet, and one sink in the washroom were broken upon arrival. There was a cockroach in the bedroom. Food - a la carte food was not good. Buffet was better but still not very good. Fruit was often moldy. Pool - please put dye in the pools because many people told us they were peeing. Also weird smell sometimes around the left pool on the beach side. Sports bar - rarely played sports, staff did not know how to work the tv’s

Abitaciones limpias .buen service de las senoras de aseo .desayuno. amuerzo y comida. En el restaurant principal. El personal .description. no afrecian mesas .y siempre dejaba en ultimo rincon no ofrecian agua abia q ir a buscar nosotras . Restaurant privados o peqeño. Muy buena atencion y buena comidas. En cuanto a los shows en la noche muy buenos entretenimientos . Pero el sabdo y domingo fue terrible no me gusto para nada y mucha mas gente q conoci aya isieron el mismo comentario.. la primera noche encontramos 1 cucaracha grande caminando x el cuarto reporte a la receptionist y menciono q tenia q aconstubrame q aki es clima tropical. Pero pasamos 1s dias muy agradables .gracias a las personas q nos atendieron bien

Hotel did not notify us nor did Expedia that we needed eTickets to fly into the Country. We missed our flight. While the hotel and Expedia were able to send all kinds of Junk emails to spend more money on things to do, they FAILED to notify us of the most single important piece of information. When we reached to Expedia to see if they would provide some kind of Credit for future trip or refund, they denied it. So, they are basically interested in monies (no fault there), but they will not have your interest in mind, which is important in the Hotel and Tourist services. So, they are going to take your money and run. Be careful, protect yourselves.

The property was clean and the staff was friendly. The check in process was quick and easy. The room was spacious and clean. The wait staff was good. The food looked ok at the buffet but i didn't eat much of it as I'm vegan and the options weren't that many to choose from based on my dietary restriction but the other members of my party said the food was OK. My only issue was the amenities options or lack there of on the App. There's nothing impressive to me about bingo and kahoot as your main source of daily entertainment at an all inclusive resort. Otherwise the resort was great.
