服務良好，早餐及晚餐都很美味！

The overall experience was great! The private rock onsen is perfect(highly recommended). I’m just not satisfied with the dinner. My first time to have fresh tuna cooked in shabu shabu! The meal on board doesn’t deserve this price.

The hotel is very quiet and clean, the staff are friendly and courteous, and the meals are attentive and sumptuous. A hotel worth recommending.

Onsen at Tambo was great! Everything’s fine except the dinner, particularly the soy sauced stewed pork was slightly overcooked, and the kettle rice was a bit soggy. Could have improved the above to bring the overall experience to another level

Staff are extremely nice and helpful, I have remembered wrong and missed one night of room booking, they willing to check and let us book one more night on site and prep the room in just 10 mins (it is slightly less pricy to do the booking on booking website so don't be like me, and I am just lucky that they have one last room left that night). Have stayed in 3 different rooms type in our three nights stay, all of them are big and clean (even for the smallest one, we still have enough space to open 3 big suit cases), both public & private open bath are big enough. Their breakfast & dinner taste good. All staff willing to try their best to communicate in english (sometime with the aid of the translation machine, but I think it is good enough for me). Have a big car park so parking is not a problem. Definitely will coming back again (We will need to return for the Omikuji after our wish come true). And btw it is just a few blocks away to the Izu Panorama Park which you can see mont Fuji, don't miss this if you plan to stay here, the park is not very big, but it is so comfortable that we stayed for almost 3 hours to take pictures and have lunch.

This is a trip with my wife to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. Nice room with private open onsen, peaceful environment and delicious cuisine, etc..... Special thanks to the restaurant manager Sakachi San who paid his greatest patient to explain the details of Japanese cuisine, culture, etc... which let us have a deeper enjoyment during our stay. Look forward to staying there again.

房间很大很舒服，服务一流，花园景色也很赞，温泉水洗完皮肤很滑，非常满意！ 唯一不足的是晚餐只能去餐厅吃，没有在房间吃饭的选项。

Good value for money... two adults only's rate is best! We stayed in room with private Cypress Onsen have two kids (10 & 8 yrs old) with us and room rate have doubled. But will go again.

Hotel, staff is so nice and explains all the information in person. Accommodation, comfortable and relax. Customer can enjoy with entirely Japanese style and culture. Food, you can really enjoy traditional Japanese food nearby, although restaurant Are limited.

One of our favorite stops on our 17 day Japan and South Korea trip. The hotel has beautiful grounds and they take exceptional care of their guests. We booked the onsen and half board for 2 nights . So fun to experience Japanese culture!
