I don't know about the other people who commented about their AC and hot shower not functioning but ours are working perfectly fine. The room is spacious & clean, hotel staffs are very attentive and courteous and the location of the hotel is strategic! We didn't have to drive far to eat to our must try restaurants and to go to the places we wanted to visit. A comment though is that is the lobby, there is no AC and fan so it's a bit hot when we're there eating breakfast. Overall though, the hotel is excellent and I'd recommend it to anyone who would stay in Legazpi. It's very artsy too!

The hotel is near the municipal hall where there are many restaurant options and close to different stores. Staff are very accommodating too. They even have welcome drinks. Cons: The hot shower in our room isn't functioning. Good thing is the water isn't so cold.
