I got locked up in the CR because the sliding door was defective. Understaffed hotel. Not reasonably priced...

First of all I booked in this place based of the reviews. Unfortunately there are not capable for a busy or special even!! When I arrived late I could’t go for buffet option as it won’t for me (i don't eat many stuffs) So I called room service at 19:30 as it says open till 10PM The answer we are closed now (number 1) I went out to eat and after back to join the new year party in the pool of the hotel they have a fee of 400PHP, I said it ms fine new year today... unfortunately street free party much better then them (not organised at all) (number 2) In the morning I went to breakfast by 9AM as included in the room rate and they should close by 10AM. I was surprised that no food left only boiled eggs and old bread hard like a stone, when I asked I need something else as I just came the answer that what we have and everything run out(number 3) Never ever go to special day in this hotel they know only how to charge and take money in the check in (like security charges and taxes) that's what they are good for but they don’t tell you that there are limited services and food :(

Second time to stay here. Staff are friendly and approachable. Very clean room. They provide 4 pillows (+ 2 mini pillows) for a queen size bed. Will definitely stay again. Very near to everything you need.

The room is very clean. The staff are courteous. Amenities such as the gym and pool are awesome. Perfect for a laid back weekend. I definitely recommend to family and friends.

We stayed in the family suit and it was beautiful. However, there were red ants all over one of the king size beds and we have not even opened any food yet! It was alarming as we have a baby with us. The housekeeping personnel were quick to respond to our request to clean the room and they kept on spraying lysol on the head rest so we thought that it might be a recurring problem in that room. Also, the room was good for 4 pax but the towels and toiletries were only for 1 person. We had to ask a couple of times before they brought us towels.

All the staff where nice and polite, the room & bathroom are clean. The breakfast buffet taste good & the rooftop pool and indoor gym are perfect, nice place to relax & unwind. Thank You Best Wester Plus Hotel Subic.

The rooms we stay in are big and clean. The hotel front desk staff is kind and courteous. The exception is during the breakfast at New Year's Day (9 AM onwards), when there is insufficient staff/crew assigned at the dining area and food are lacking for the guest to wait 10-15 minutes to fill-in/refill the buffet table.

My parents and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I am glad to know that they enjoyed our overnight staycation in Subic. They also enjoyed the pool located at the rooftop. Buffet breakfast was average and I do hope there'll be improvement on that when we come back. :)

Best Western Plus Hotel was pretty good and well maintained. The room we stayed in was for the best a big group/family! Perfect size for big groups! Would like to recommend that the use shades, curtains to block off the sunlight. It can get a little hot in the mid-morning to afternoon. Staff are very courteous and attentive. Overall, I could rate this hotel 4.5 stars!

Our family had a great time during our stay. Clean and very nice family room. We will definitely come back.

Big comfortable rooms. Me and my kids enjoyed the rooftop pool a lot. Superb breakfast buffet and of course I thank the staff for their politeness and hospitality..

Because the staff are approachable and honest. They are nice and trustworthy people the hotel is clean.

Our stay was very comfortable. Bed is great. But they only provide 1 key per room which I find very odd.

I'm a 100% advocate of this hotel. Very genuinely friendly staff, great food and spacious room. Spencer’s resto provided best breakfast buffet. Overall, I recommend this place!
