員工態度惡劣，總是想辦法從客人身上榨取額外費用。提前入住和套餐服務毫無支持，完全拒絕滿足顧客的需求。房間狹小擁擠，時間觀念也十分欠缺。

工作人員態度冷漠，總是以各種方式索取額外費用。他們不幫顧客預約去機場的計程車，只專注於推銷機場接送套裝行程。

飯店位置優越，離車站不遠，房間乾淨整潔，員工熱情友善。如果朋友來釜山度假，我會推薦這家飯店。

飯店位於市中心繁華地段，交通十分便利，但不太適合不喜歡人多的地方。 附近有很多烤肉店。 飯店設有電梯，方便您輕鬆往返房間和飯店外。 前台位於13樓，因此您需要上到頂樓辦理入住和退房手續。如果您攜帶大量行李，這可能會有些不便。 酒店的一個優點是配備了智慧馬桶。

Near to the night market, clean hotel with reasonable price.

The only plus side for this hotel was the location. Room size was decent, but no carpet so it didn’t feel homey at all. It’s rather cold though. And we got room with a window without any exposure of lights. So I didn’t understand which side of hotel they put our room, but when I opened the window all I can see was another wall :( so you cannot tell whether it’s morning or night because it feels dark all the time. One more thing, every time we enter the room or just passed any frame doors in the hotel, the put this thick iron frame below so for us using a baby stroller it’s so difficult to walk through smoothly

The hotel is okay but the location is around bar and night life. Not so comfortable for family trip.

Hotel good quality and good place...so we will come back if go busan...
