Service kurang, kamar di clean up setiap 3 hari tetapi tidak bersih.

We were very impressed by the size, quality and cleanliness of our 2-bedroom apartment. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to ensure that we had all that we needed for a comfortable stay.

kurang kooperatif dan tidak membantu padahal hanya memerlukan 1 orang untuk mengangkat ayah sy dari ranjang ke kursi roda dan dari kursi roda ke ranjang setelah kembali dari rumah sakit . sampai ke apartemen pun dari taxi tidak di bantu dibawakan tas2 nya. dibilang krn alasan covid padahal jelas ayah sy tdk ada covid dan sakitnya kanker di rumah sakit khusus kanker yang dimana tentu saja sudah memenuhi protokol kesehatan. Jika ada covid tidak mungkin diijinkan masuk singapore.

Senang ada tempat masaknya, alat-alatnya komplet, bisa mencuci juga di basement, ada bus free ke orchard takasimaya ada jadwalnya.

They don't have faucets in water closet, so it's really difficult situations to us, we should glass or bowl for cleaning. I hope next Shangri la think about it. Thank you

Hotel jauh kemana-mana pelayanan kurang, sampai kamar hotel masih belum siap ada beberapa ruangan yang belum dibereskan.

Closed to orchad road, room is big, staff is friendly.

This is our second time staying here and so far we had a pleasant experience. All the staffs are super nice and friendly. Especially Mrs. Jameela and her team were very helpful to us. Great location, spacious room, comfy bed, clean and neat. The Shangri-la Apartment is our favorite place to my whole family. Even my son always asks to stay here when we talk about Singapore. Will go back for sure!

Super! it's near Orchard, clean room with a nice kitchen+living room. its exactly looks like the pictures. They also provide a shuttle to MRT station.

This apartment is beyond our expectation. Everything was perfect. We had room service by Mrs. Bao Mei. She is super nice and provide us with excellent services. All my families are satisfied. Absolutely Shangri-la apartment will be on my first list if we come back to Singapore.

Big room and complete kitchen sets. Great if going with family.

The apartment starts to show ageing in certain area. My concerns are: 1. Cupboard under the sink smells a bit funky 2. Toilet & shower moldy on the edges 3. Furniture very old 4. The bed itself was not the best I've every sleep on 5. They charge $10 extra delivery for in room dining (non sense). The staff were very nice and helpful, location is just perfect for me.

Shangril La Appartment physicnya bersih dan lengkap. Kitchen lengkap, bedroom sheet dan lain-lain bersih, memuaskan. Hospitality in front office juga good. yang agak kurang memuaskan, adalah kerja house keeping kurang rapi dalam membersi bednya.
