非常感謝飯店老闆AweHe，因為我們計劃到楚格峰，行前發現GP小鎮的纜車停駛，還好有她幫忙詢問及規劃提供資訊，改由奧地利方向坐纜車上楚格峰，讓我們如願以償登上德國第一高峰；也順路造訪上阿瑪高小鎮 ，欣賞古老傳統建築的濕壁畫及宗教藝術作品，非常棒的行程！ 工作人員笑容可掬而且服務熱心，幫我們購買及預約城堡的入場時間及其他相關資訊！ 飯店早餐非常豐富美味，尤其是起司、多種風味～還有我從未嚐過的辣椒、蔥、太妃糖口味，滿足了我的味蕾；歐姆蕾也是我吃過最好吃！ 此次預定飯店就是選擇避開吵雜的車站，離景點走路可達；可惜我們2間房都是靠近馬路，飯店門口馬路正在施工，挖土機早上7點就開始，機器非常吵、又影響我們從停車場出入，實在不是很好的環境！看評價時都說房間看的到新天鵝堡，可惜我們的陽台只有工程車及灰塵，不敢開窗！

房間新裝修，非常新且每一間都是有小客廳、陽台的套房，我住的套房陽台直接面對新天鵝堡，太讚了！！

值得推薦給到訪新天鵝堡的朋友，我們入住兩天蜜月套房，房間面積寬敞，十分乾淨整潔，露檯可看到新天鵝堡景色，房間內可浸浴。酒店前檯員工服務熱情有禮，細心替我們預留和預訂參觀門票，第二天早上便送到，不用擔心門票問題，而且步行10分鐘左右便可到達遊客中心，慢慢步行上新天鵝堡也只是花30分鐘，旅客可自行選擇自己喜歡的方法往參觀。早餐豐富，食物種類多，亦有各式我們喜愛的花茶選擇，能吃過溫飽再外出遊覽。這次我們是自駕前往，酒店的室內車房可以多次出入，方便往周邊的小鎮遊覽。酒店在各方面能夠符合我們的期望，價格亦合理，性價比很不錯

Very nice place, can visit Neuschanstein by walk! The staff was really nice and breakfast was also good. My husband and I both love this place! Highly recommend

離新舊兩天鵝堡很近！飯店可前一天可幫忙訂參觀的門票。自己當天應該很難買得到你要的時間。 早餐也很好！

飯店離天鵝堡不遠 房間也非常的舒適 退房後有關於帳單的問題與酒店詢問 但未獲得很滿意的答覆 在這部分覺得比較值得加強

Nice hotel with nice staff. Perfect castles view from room. I had to check out very late at night but the staff was helpful and willing to stay until my arrival. One draw back is no air-conditioning which make you a bit hot in summer nights.

Beautiful hotel in centre of town so really easy to get to the shuttle buses for the castles Staff were really friendly and helpful Breakfast was excellent Room was beautiful and well appointed however it was hot at night and the air conditioning was so loud we had to turn it off and open the windows

Skønt mindre hotel, for foden af bjergene og med fantastisk udsigt til slottet. Meget rent og pænt alle vegne. Imødekommende og sødt personale. Rigtig god morgenmad. Fint med p-kælder.

From start to finish everything was perfect. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful room. Great location.

This is THE HOTEL to stay at if you want stunning views of Neuschwanstein Castle. The entire town of Hohenschwangau and both castles are easily walkable. All restaurants etc. just a perfect hotel in a perfect location!
