A very 5* hotel. This place is about the villas. Don’t skimp on having a suite (lovely as they are), go for a villa and end up with your own walled paradise, your own pool, with outdoor kitchen, a variety of of longing areas, a jacuzzi, flowers, a garden full of birds and outdoor shower, this in a edition to a huge suite. Heaven. It’s not cheap though (not many nice things are). And it’s under a flight path (not audible inside). Go on, have a treat.

Wow… amazing rooms and property! A definitely VIP treatment

This oasis in Morocco was the most amazing stay of my life. Other than the jacuzzi not being hot enough I cannot rave enough. From the butler service, to the car service, to the food and the spa. The private villa was the most amazing with the shower doubling as a steam room. Amazing!!!

The resort was 5 stars from the moment I entered. I was immediately shown around the resort by the butler for the villa, Samia. She would be my point of contact for anything i needed throughout the week. The villa was absolutely stunning, an oasis of relaxation. The resort is one of the most peaceful venues I've ever stayed at. From handling rides to and from the city, organizing reservations , handling laundry or anything you can think of : Samia and the concierge staff were always cheerful and happy to oblige. They really made you feel like you were at home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

At a superficial level, this hotel is stunningly opulent with regular use of water features. I walk with the aid of a cane because of balance issues and the hotel offered too many risks of falling. As a result I didn't use the spa or plunge pool in my room. Staff were consistently brilliant. My room had 6 component and was spotless.

J'ai adorée le service

This place is like no other - heaven on earth. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Our villa was brilliant. It was huge with our own pool (not heated and therefore we could not use it as the water was cold), a heated jacuzzi, a living room, bedroom and a large bathroom and a store room. The bed was huge and luxurious. The bathroom had a hand-held shower, a rain shower and the best was a waterfall shower! The in-house service was exemplary. We had a direct contact with our butler via whatsapp. The team were wonderful in responding to our messages within a couple of minutes. Noura, from the service team, was fantastic. She was very pleasant and helped us sort out a small issue in the bill with great professionalism. The breakfast was excellent and Kariba and Malik made us feel at home. We booked a lot of excursions, like a visit to Imlil in the Atlas mountains, desert experience, guided tour of the old city through the concierge. Syeed who helped us, in my opinion, is the best concierge I have ever seen. His choice of places, guides, restaurants to eat were excellent. He was patient and took a genuine interest in our trips. The cars from the hotel were large, clean and spacious. The drivers always had a smile on their face. Dawood, Mohammad and Imad in particular stood out. Dawood in particular gave us a lot of history facts during our drive to the desert. We even had Thomas, the general manager, stop by and have a chat with us as we were about to leave.

El personal es muy atento y servicial. En especial Omnia fue de gran ayuda, muy amable y atenta con mi esposa y conmigo. Regresaría donde ella esté. El hotel tiene bonitas instalaciones, pero le falta un poco de mantenimiento.

The staff was outstanding, and their service spectacular. It was a very luxurious and relaxing experience. The rooms, landscape, and gardens at the resort were very beautiful. I especially loved all the roses and honeysuckle planted on the property.

Uma parte do staff nao entendia varias solicitações em ingles, gerando confusoes. No nosso segundo dia, fomos pulverizados com veneno inseticida e presos numa enorme fumaca na area da piscina. As criancas ficaram com erupcoes na pele, coceiras, tiveram que tomar remédio e eu tambem, pois minha garganta ficou extremamente irritada e rouca. Inaceitável tamanho absurdo acontecer numa rede como o MO.
