Our stay at Dar Assiya in Marrakech was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, safety, and enjoyment. They truly made us feel like part of their family and made navigating Marrakech incredibly easy and stress-free. Whether it was organizing transport, recommending local spots, or simply greeting us with warmth and generosity, their attention and care elevated our entire experience. Special shoutout to Mohammed and Moad—your hospitality was world-class, and we’re so grateful for everything you did. The architecture of the riad is absolutely spectacular—a stunning blend of traditional Moroccan design and intricate craftsmanship. Every detail, from the carved plaster to the tiled floors and peaceful courtyard, is simply breathtaking. It’s clear that immense love and care have gone into preserving the soul of this beautiful building. And let’s not forget the food—every meal we had was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully prepared. Whether you’re enjoying breakfast in the serene courtyard or a traditional dinner in the evening, the quality and presentation are top-notch. We left feeling enriched, welcomed, and inspired. The customer service was amazing! My husband , I and another couple enjoyed our delicious breakfasts and amazing Moroccan tea. Our room was on the second floor with a balcony beautifully done. We were scared at the beginning to leave the room since there is no key to lock the door but the riad was so safe that once we realized that we didn’t worry anymore. We asked for a dinner when we arrived and they made it beautifully in a private setting just for us. Afterwards we enjoyed the tea at the rooftop lounge. One thing though - it was hard to find the place and parking was a bit far to carry the luggage so some people at the parking offered their help and when we asked how much they said not to worry. Once they brought our luggage and helped us find the riad they charged us almost $100!!! Be careful if you accept anyone’s help it is not free and make sure you ask in advance how much so you don’t get surprised.

Thank you all for a lovely stay. Everyone at the riad was so kind to us, the rooms were beautiful, and to top it off we also had great breakfast every day. Highly suggest having the riad book an airport transfer for anyone booking, we did and it was very convenient.

An amazing find, a beautiful gem and incredible staff who made you feel so welcome and couldn’t do enough to help. We love Dar Assiya and will definitely go back!

Amazingly beautiful Riad with absolutely wonderful staff. I highly recommend trying their menu; propably the best tagine we had during our trip in several Moroccan cities.

Fantastic experience at a very classy riad near the souks. All amenities were top quality and the food was excellent. Service was exceptional. Great value. I recommend getting one of the larger rooms upstairs regardless of how many people staying. Will stay again next time!

Property is excellent and Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing every morning. Staff did everything to make our visit memorable. Bit hard to locate the riad while arriving first time, calling staff could have helped a lot. Overall great experience and will definitely stay there again!

We have travelled widely and I can honestly say that this is among the most beautiful and well-run places we have stayed. It is meticulously clean, the staff very gracious and available to help with any need, breakfast lavish and excellent, the room and ambiance, lovely.

Because we stayed in several riads in different cities, so in comparison, this could improve in the sense that the decoration both in the courtyard and the room could be improved. Right now it's a bit chaotic. The GPS doesn't work well here that we ended up parking on the street side about 4 min walk to the raid.... Not too bad.

Good location inside the Medina with easy, and short access to taxi/parking (if you drive yourself). Rich breakfast and nice cuisine for the dinner. Friendly staff ready to assist

We stayed at Dar Assiya Le Perite and has an excellent time! The Riad was beautiful and comfortable, but the best part of our stay was the lovely staff (Abdou and Soulaiman). Both of these kind gentleman were incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly. They ensured that we were very comfortable, and that all our needs were met throughout our stay. When we return to Marrakech, we will certainly stay at this Riad again because the Riad is very nice, and staff is wonderful. They really made our experience much better.
