地點絕佳，去哪裡都很方便。 房間乾淨整潔。 但是如果客人很多，等電梯就比較麻煩。

地點絕佳，房間也和廣告照片一樣漂亮！ 只有兩點不太滿意… 1. 電源插座太少。房間很大，但只有一個電源插座，只能為手機或其他電子設備充電。 而且它不在床邊，而是在電視旁邊的桌子上。 2. 床很容易移動，而且沒有固定在地面上。睡覺翻身的時候很不舒服。 我知道增加電源插座對他們來說比較困難，因為在床邊加裝一個插座需要相當大的改造。 但是把床固定在地面或牆上應該更容易解決。

房間寬敞、乾淨又舒適！配備了淋浴和浴缸！空調效果很好。步行即可到達地鐵站。飯店內有Naraya、麥當勞、星巴克、商店和餐廳！大廳非常寬敞，配有時尚舒適的沙發，非常適合在等Grab計程車時休息。飯店距離Union購物中心和大型Big C超市也很近。唯一不足之處是早餐。我只嘗試過一次，但味道和種類都不如人意。不過，我還會再來的！

The pool here is absolutely amazing, with a stunning view. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. At one point, I was standing around unsure of which direction to go, and one of the staff members — tall and, I think, wearing a bandage near his ear — seemed to sense my confusion. He quickly came over and kindly showed me the way to the tourist spot I was looking for. I didn’t catch his name, but his attentiveness truly left a great impression. I genuinely enjoyed my stay here, especially thanks to the wonderful team. If I ever return, I’ll definitely choose this hotel again!

The service at this hotel was quite poor. Upon check-in, I asked for a toothbrush and a razor, and the receptionist said they didn't have any. However, a few days later, the housekeeping staff provided me with both. When I booked the room, I requested a late check-out, provided that the hotel's occupancy allowed it. On my last day, I called to confirm, but the receptionist didn't even check the room status and bluntly told me that staying past 12 PM would incur an additional fee of 1,000 baht. The hotel's location is also quite far from the city center, making travel time-consuming and inconvenient. If you plan on moving around a lot, you should think carefully before booking here.
