The hotel room is spacious and clean. There is 24 hours front desk service to assist with check in too. The staff are friendly as well and we are allowed to put our luggage there after our check out.

Nice and clean room. However, it ' s quite inconvenient to move the luggage in or out because there is no ramp for luggage at the front of the hotel.

Kamar tidak di bersihkan tiap hari. Ada aturan kalo kamar di bersihkan tiap 3 hari sekali. Kamar kotor, karpet lumayan bau, hotel terkesan sangat jadul. Padahal dengan harga 1 jutaan/malam. Bisa dapat hotel yang jauh lebih baik. Pelayanan resepsionis kurang ramah juga. Lumayan sangat kecewa.

โรงแรมโดยรวมดี สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกค่อนข้างครบ สลิปเปอร์ หมวกคลุมอาบน้ำ สบู่ก้อน แปรงสีฟัน ชา กาแฟ ที่โกนหนวด สามารถหยิบได้ที่เคาเตอร์บริเวณเช็คอินได้ตลอด ผ้าเช็คตัว ผ้าเช็ดผม ผ้าเช็ดเท้าเปลี่ยนทุกวัน ห้องใหญ่ มีพื้นที่เดินและกางกระเป๋า 2 ใบใหญ่พร้อมกันได้ ใกล้คาร์ฟูเล็ก ซื้อของสะดวก ราคาถูกกว่าร้านสะดวกซื้อ ร้านอาหารค่อนข้างหลากหลาย ใกล้ซีเหมิน แต่ก็เดินจาก MRT ซีเหมินสักพักนึง ข้อเสีย 1.พื้นเป็นพรม 2.ในห้องมีกระจกแค่ห้องน้้ำ 3.เช็คเอาท์ 11 โมง 4.ทางเข้าโรงแรมเป็นบันได ต้องยกกระเป๋าขึ้น-ลงเอง ใีความลำบากเพียงเล็กน้อย 5.หมอนนิ่ม/บางไป และให้แค่คนละใบ -พนักงานจะเปลี่ยนชุดเครื่องนอนในวันที่4 นับวันเช็คอินเป็นวันที่ 1 -พนักงานไม่ได้จัดที่นอนให้ทุกวัน

The room is spacious, clean, and the service is excellent. The floor was very impressive. The bathroom was clean.

Cannot adjust air conditioner in room, carpet has stinky smell. Furnitures are very old. A lot of dust in wardrobe. Whole hotel has musty smell. Good things is that bathroom is clean enough.

Lokasi strategis di Ximenting. AC terlalu dingin, sudah dimatikan tetap dingin sekali di dalam kamar.

The hotel is very old and cold. Staff are friendly but the facility is look cheap. Price is crazy in Dec. 31.
