The listing includes soundproofing, rainfall shower head, premium bedding and certain kitchen appliances, and none of those were true. I’m not sure the sheets were even clean when I got there and the units are definitely not even close to soundproof. The location was decent.

1) Family with small mobile kids should not stay here, it is quite unsafe. Stairs have no railing and windows can be open with no safe railing so they could possibly climb and fall off. HEAVY SUPERVISION IS A MUST. 2) The pool cost money to use and has to reserved ahead of time. 3) No Toilet paper (ask for more but no response), or shampoo or soap. Only hand washing soap are available. 4) Place is dirty and kinda falling apart. PROS: We arrived early and they were very accommodating

The communication around check in was poor. The studio wasn’t clean. There were missing light bulbs. The refrigerator is a pocket size. The kitchenette is definitely not a full kitchen. There is no air conditioning so we needed to keep the window open, but it was too noisy at night. Too much noise and cigarette smoking around so the smoke was always in our studio. Would not label these “VIP” apartments at all. The only positive was the location. We would not stay there again.

There is no coffee maker although it was listed in the amenities; shower is in disrepair the widget switching to shower is broken in one bathroom; TV is not working because cable box needs repair.

The room was large and comfortable, and it had a kitchen with cooking utensils. The building is located in the central area of ​​Santiago. The reception staff at the building weren't very friendly, but that didn't spoil the experience.

The apartment was extremely dirty: windows, floors, and the kitchen. There were cockroaches in the kitchen, both among the dishes and on the floor. It was difficult to tell whether the bed linen was fresh. The place urgently needs a very thorough cleaning. Host responsive, location ok

They accommodated my late arrival and ensure an easy check in after hours. The administration was very responsive to my inquiries and messajes. They allowed me to keep my luggage after check out which was a great help.

Ótima localização para quem quer fazer citytour. Fica próximo a todos os pontos turísticos do centro. Na rua ao lado tem um mercado. Bom demais!!

Muito bem localizado e de fácil acesso. Não tivemos nenhum problema durante nossa estadia. Supermercados e farmácias ao lado. Somente a noite é bem vazio porém nada que sair de uber não resolva.

A estadia tinha tudo para ser excelente, pela localização. Mas as condições de conservação e manutencao do apto estao pessimas. Tampa do vaso quebrada, um perigo para cortes e quedas, limpeza muito superficial. Muita poeira escondida embaixo dos moveis. Poderia ocorrer um troca de toalha. 07dias sao demais. Mesmo que cobre uma taxa extra. Mas isto e higiene. Viajamos de aviao com limite de bagagem. Algumas ccoisas nao sao custos. Agregam. Papel higienico e uma delas.

O local é bom, porem o imovel estava sujo quando entramos e é pequeno para 4 pessoas. Faltam utensilios basicos de cozinha como cafeteira por exemplo.
