Die Buchungsplatform Expedia hatte auf der HP nicht dieselben Leistungen inkudiert wie auf der Buchung Bestätigung und mit dem Hotel vereinbart. Dies führte beim Check in zu diskusionen und verärgertem Personal. Nach dessen Klärung zeigte sich das Hotel sehr kulant. Das dennoch erhalten Frühstück war reichhaltig. Personal sehr freundlich. Idealer Ausganspunkt für Motorradtouren ins Hinterland. Gerne wieder

On our arrival the reception was empty and nobody there for the checkin. After some time the owner (lady) arrived and was very very arrogant. I wouldnt go back there.

Diego was very friendly and helpful. He did a superb job of running the house practically single handed. The breakfast was delicious and the drinks at the bar were served so well. Lovely fresh beer and wine. The cleaning staff worked very hard too- nothing was too much trouble. We really enjoyed the spa too. The panoramic view was breathtakingly beautiful.The area of Selvino is very picturesque and spotlessly clean. We visited a bar and a pizzeria- both with very friendly staff and delicious food, wine and beer. We will definitely go back and hope to take our grandchildren too

Ich werde niemand diesen Ort empfehlen, es ist ganz ausserhalb der Stadt, muss noch 11 km mit dem privaten Auto hochfahren, kein OV. Der Rezeptionist ganz unfreundlich...sagt immer nein. ..immer böse und begrüsst die Gästen nicht. Ganz früh auschecken um 10.30.

Hotel ok, area ok. If you feel welcome in the place? Definitely not. Do not recomend it.

Hotel molto bello, moderno e pulito. Il proprietario è disponibile per dare informazioni. Ha un parcheggio coperto a 8 euro al giorno oppure uno pubblico esterno gratuito molto vicino.

Molto bella e pulita ma la receptionist è davvero scorbutico e smemorato
