El lugar es bonito, pero sucio las camas se ve q no habían cambiado sábanas y limpiado la habitación habías los restos de sobres de té café y azúcar abiertos cuando entramos.

It is a charming, beautiful Riad. It is clean and excellently maintained. Service was excellent. Breakfast was lovely.

I loved my stay at Riad Africa. The property is beautiful and located close to the main path in the souk. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even gave me a free room upgrade. The room was lovely, comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty. I'd definitely recommend this location and would happily stay again when back in Marrakech!

The breakfast was ok, the a/c was good. Reliable staff. I didn’t like the location - in the market and a lot of of cats were in the market. No cats in the hotel though which was good.

La persona que está en la recepción es muy déspota, además de que se anunciaron en la página como que hablaban inglés, francés y español, lo cual no fue así además se molestaba porque no entendía el español, no tienen caja de seguridad, hay cucarachas, en el desayuno, me salió una servilleta en el jugo de naranja, el precio que me cobraron para irme a recoger al aeropuerto fue excesivo

Ventede halvanden time på værelset - længe efter normal tjek ind. Tarveligt værelse, ingen rengøring, ekstrem tarvelig morgenmad, ingen hynder på solsenge. Alt i alt et slidt og trist ophold.

Arrived to be told that the room I had booked was not available, and we were being put in there sister riad. At 1st I was not impressed . Once taken to the other riad I changed my mind. It was amazing, the room had everything that you wanted. Kettle, fridge, tea and coffee, smart tv and air-conditioning. Room was very clean. Only downside I can say is the shower was always cold. Breakfast was amazing and and the hosts were great, nothing was too much trouble. They even gave my wife and I a amazing evening dinner for the inconvenience. Would definitely stay here again.

Expérience convenable sans plus. Climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas bien ou pas du tout, wc défectueuse (chasse d'eau qui ne fonctionne pas). Une des chambres sans fenêtre avec une forte odeur d'humidité. Dommage car le personnel a fait de son mieux pour tenter de régler la situation.

Good location

My daughter and I had a good stay at this property. The room was comfortable, the bathroom was pretty small and didn’t drain very well. There was some construction noise early in the morning, probably work going on in one of the adjacent rooms. Since it happened on the day we were leaving, we didn’t bother to bring it up with the staff.

Not sure if the hype of this place lived up to expectations upon reading reviews. The host is lovely and more than welcoming however everything runs on “African time” so don’t expect to do anything on time. Its sometimes a nice change from the chaos outside the riad in Marrakech streets, but difficult with a hungry toddler. The property is well maintained, but down a quiet dirty street. The service was slow and they were unable to keep up with breakfast demand. The roof terrace was nice but worn and most of the shades broken.

I had an fantastic stay. The people who worked here were super nice and helpful. The place was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Everything you can ever need and want. And it's super sentral, but without any noise from the streets. I wish i could live here 😄
