Had an extremely unpleasant stay with Clayton. The night we arrived was extremely cold and we were expecting to finally be able to use the heater in the bedroom, but to our surprise there was only one available air conditioner that was located on the living room. To add in on that, there was no available wifi in the room despite following the instructions provided. We tried contacting the reception the next day in the afternoon within the working hours provided, but no one was there and we had to call them through the phone, and they only responded half an hour after the call. Our disappointment is immeasurable and extremely upset with our stay in Clayton. The room was dirty for the whole 5 day period of our stay as there was no cleaning service, and the towels provided had yellow stains on it and not in the condition to be use anymore. Will not return back to stay with them.

Very close to Monash University just walking distance.
