Nice location, good experience

No cups provided in the room. The luggage room is too small for storing luggages. The water pressure for shower is too low, hence need to shower for a longer time. But the price is expensive.

Great breakfast. Regular front desk level. Self service most of the time. Perhaps I booked last minute so the price is quite above what I got.

位置在闹市区中心，繁华的同时要忍受嘈杂的酒吧音乐到深夜，房间不大但干净，早餐很不错，种类很多水果质量高，没有停车的地方.请各位注意！

Breakfast is good. Staff is also helpful. But no phone in the room is a major problem. And there is no cups/glasses, I have to drink coke using the cup for brushing teeth.

The service is good, the room is also clean and nice, although the location is a bit far from central station, it is easy to access (15 minutes walk) and near to major tourist attractions.

酒店位置易找,職員願意幫忙,雖然有電視,但冇台睇,同職員講後,佢可能聽錯,就同我地換左燈,房間大,洗手間大,整潔.整體滿意.

廚房為共用廚房！不像網站寫的每個房間都有廚房！房屋很小間！但早餐蠻豐盛的！整體而言還可以！拖行李建議搭巴士較方便！路途有不少斜坡！

Everything is almost good!

I was given a top floor room facing the city. its right next to the akershus fort and easy access to restaurants and public transport

Stayed in a deluxe double room on 5th floor and it was modern, spacious and bright, with high ceilings, with a large bathroom. There was a small issue with the seal on the shower which meant water leaked out. The beds were really comfortable and we slept very well. Some noise from the Dubliner bar across the road on weekend nights meant it was loud even with window closed. Would be an issue for light sleepers. Room was not cleaned for the 4 days we were there (this was communicated in advance). Not an issue for us but could be for others. Some minor room issues like lightbulbs being broken, visible dust on wooden floors around the beds. A deeper clean may be needed between stays. Only dealt with staff when checking in and out and they were friendly, as well as cleaning staff in corridors who welcomed us. Communal reception areas were clean and cosy. We were able to leave bags when arriving and room wasn’t ready, as well as after check out. The location is great and just a few minutes walk to main central sights. For a private room, this price was very reasonable. A lot of the poorer reviews refer to dorms, which we did not stay in. Would not hesitate to stay here again based on the great value for money.

Ophold 4 dage. Ingen rengøring. Måske overset kondition. Men beliggenheden meget fin midt i den gamle del af byen Tilfredsstillende for mit formål
