The hotel does not really worth to be 5 stars. It is 3 max. Food was okay but not the best. Communications and staff are horrible. The prices are high compared to the service. All in all, not recommended.

Pros: - Good overall value (price vs. volume of food/drinks offered). - 3 swimming pools. - Good location - first line hotel right by the sea, has its own beach and pier area, several shops and restaurants nearby, and a bus stop to the city center right by the hotel. - Most staff at the bar and room service was really welcoming, helpful and friendly. - Good facilities condition (the hotel is not new, but well maintained). Cons: - This is, simply put, not a 5-star hotel in the EU or North American standard (more like a 2-star or 3-star), for numerous reasons. - Food was really mediocre and disappointing (much more worse than it looks in the photos). There was a lot of food but also a lot of food, sadly, wasted/left on the plates as it was simply noy tasty (even simple things like mashed potatoes or bread). Seafood at the 5-star hotel by the sea simply cannot be given only once per week (Thursday) and "steak" cannot be cooked to the point when knife cannot cut through. - Reception staff was really disappointing, ehich makes no sense since this is the "face" of the hotel. Really slow check in (it took 20 min), despite the reservation was prepaid fully via the website. Reception stuff was super busy/inexperienced at check in with no time taken to explain any activities, animations, procedures, hotel layout, etc., which resulted in me not being aware of animation availability, spa services and guided tours offered by the hotel.

Çalışanlar somurtkan.sahipleri çok iyi davranmıyor demekki yada mudurleri.otel boş olduğu halde inşaat manzaralı oda verdiler. Havlular temiz degildi. Mini bar yetersizdi. Yemekler çok iyi değildi. Bilgilendirme yetersizdi olankalr hakkında.

During our stay at this hotel, we experienced several instances of what seemed to be discriminatory behavior from the staff. We are a married couple with a granddaughter, of Turkic ethnicity and Asian appearance. We were allocated a room with three single beds, despite having booked and paid for a room with a double and twin beds, and were informed that no rooms matching our request were available. The young man at the reception was somewhat curt and inattentive, frequently interrupting our conversation to address other guests. We ended up carrying our own luggage from the car to our room, as our request for assistance was overlooked. Later, we observed that other guests of Caucasian descent were not only assisted with their luggage but were also escorted to their rooms. We also found out from the beach security guard that all guests should receive hotel wristbands, which we had not been given. On the third day, we visited the snack bar for ice cream. I noticed that some guests were being served chocolate ice cream, while others received jelly ice cream. When I requested chocolate ice cream, the bartender, Hussein, informed me that it was unavailable. However, the young woman working alongside him did serve us chocolate ice cream. The food selection is extensive, although some salads and meats did not seem very fresh. The air conditioning in the room worked well. The elevators were frequently busy, resulting in long waits. So given these experiences, we would not stay here

We arrived with my son to the Asia Resort at midnight on the 8th of July. After waiting for about an hour we were checked into the room, which was disgusting. The mirror and the air con screen were both broken, there were blood stains on the blanket and the sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed since the previous guest. The next day we asked for a change of rooms, and I’m glad they changed it. The next day we went for lunch, dinner and realised that the food there was uneatable. The poorest quality I’ve ever seen in Turkey. My son could only eat bread and butter there. I couldn’t even imagine to stay any longer there. I booked a different hotel and asked the management for a refund. While waiting at the reception I’ve heard that other guests were complaining about the service, and they told me that out of their big group, a few kids were taken to a hospital with foodpoisoning. During my stay I saw one ambulance as well. I told the management I want to leave and that I expected a refund… The next morning I woke up to my son vomiting. We rushed to the hospital, as the doctor at the hotel advised. I spent 500 euros on drips and we stayed there the whole day. I moved out from the hotel even though I had 5 nights remaining. Obviously no refund, despite talking to the management every day. I feel really sorry writing this review, as lots of nice people work there. However, avoid this place. Very nice hotel, especially if you need Alanya city center quite often. Of course this is not a 5 star one, 4 at best. Building is not old, room is quite nice. Mine was above an amphitheater so it was easy to watch evening show from the balcony. Food is fine, not super, but you can find what you need. Fish was 2 times a week, sushi once a week. You can always find chicken, fruits and veggies. I was alone, so didn’t spend time in the pool. And this would be quite a challenge, because pool is small and people probably book the spot with the towel from early morning. Kids pool is also small with same problem pf fitting folks around it. Lots of Russians and polish folks in there, so don’t expect good manners around. What really makes this hotel special is their pier! Species, beautiful, really the best in all Alanya (at least this cost of it). Drinks and snacks are served at the beach, which is very comfy.

Hotellet er et fint hotel, med en god størrelse pool og eb børne pool, der var ikke over fyldt. Personalet er søde og servicen er fin. Maden er ikke noget at råbe hurra for, den smagte fint i den store buffet i restauranten, der mangler dog det faste spise frs frituren til børnene så som sprøde pomfritter, nuggets samt pasta kødsovs. I stedet for mange forskellige ting til børnene hver dag. Pasta med kødsovs / tomatsovs kan fås i voksen buffeten. Så det ikk fordi det ikke er til at fås. ÉN bar til mange gæster til at få noget at drikke, det ikke godt nok, med mindre du har en sød tjener der har forelsket sig i din lyshåret datter, så er drikkevare serveret ved bordet. Ultra all inclusive = Mad og drikke 24/7 det vil jeg ikke sige lobby baren lukker til midnat, så fra 00-10 kan du ikke fremskaffe en halv flad cola. Vand ku du altid få fra de køleskabe rundt omkring. Har dine børn lyst til is, så kan du få det mellem kl 14–16 inklusiv, ellers koster det 1€ Alt i alt en sløj oplevelse af hotellet og deres “Ultra” all inklusive

cocktails sehr lecker. sekt sehr gut. alle getränke gut essen gut. zimmer super. über expedia gebucht alles ok über andere ist vorsicht geboten, allein schon wegen der sprache
