Everything was good staff is great

The room we had was great, very comfortable. We were in the process of moving here from another province and they were very accommodating with us when we had to extend our time. The staff was always there to greet you with a smile. Love this hotel

We had the basic room with 2 double beds. It was small but functioned for 3 people. No coffee maker ,microwave or closet but room was clean and beds were comfortable. There was also free coffee, muffins and fruit in am.

Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Otherwise it definitely fell in our ‘budget friendly’ category for our trip… The complementary breakfast is just cereal and some muffins etc. on the little counter across from the front desk. Our bed was definitely very firm. Our bathroom sink hardly drained. It was hard to wash our hands without it filling the sink full of water. An to top the trip, we used the hot tub for a total of 30 minutes and it actually bleached my bikini from being dark brown to a light grey colour… I did make the front desk aware of that matter and provided photos. 😶

The room didn’t have a microwave or a coffee maker. To have a coffee we had to go to the lobby. The microwave was in the laundry room and the ice machine was on the main floor. The breakfast was muffins, yogurt and dry cereal. The toilet paper was cheap one ply and no Kleenex in the room. The beds weren’t queen size so quite small. The hot tub and the pool were both dirty! Big clumps of hair in the pool and it was ice cold!

There is a reason it’s a lower price room. The towels, beds, etc are not high quality. Breakfast is very minimal with no real sitting area to eat like most hotels and there is no coffee in the room. Fine for a quick pit stop but it’s bare bones amenities. The staff were friendly and it was clean.

Nice place to say, great rates...

I was surprised to find there was no microwave in my room. The shower / tub water switching was also wonky. Otherwise the room was nice and the mattress on the queen bed I slept on was very comfortable. The hotel is located in a low crime area which allowed me to have a restful sleep. I'm a MCD guy but there is a Tim Hortons within 50' of the hotel.

Everthing was grrat. It was clean, quiet and relaxing. I stayed 3 nights. Nice it’s close to highways Tim Hortons in the Parking lot. They have Clean rooms, Indoor pool, laundry on site.

The room was clean and comfortable for a quick one night stay. Also in a convenient location

Good services. Staff are Friendly specially with my Dog (Milo). Good for traveller with Pet.

Would of been nice to have a coffee pot in the room

Check in was quick staff were very friendly. In our first room we had a problem with our air conditioner so we called down and they immediately moved us to another room. Large parking lot with Tim Hortons located next door. Enjoyed our stay will stay again!

It would have been good to have a coffee pot and microwave in the room.

My experience was absolutely fantastic. The room was very clean, the staff were very friendly and polite, and the hot tub was wonderful!
