Nice and clean. A bit far from train station or old town for walking with luggage but acceptable.

酒店乾淨，wifi很好，床很舒服，淋浴區也很舒服。酒店大堂有可愛的小熊公仔，很喜歡。讓人很relax的感覺。酒店員工的服務態度很好，超級喜歡。下次來一定要再住！酒店不在市中心的廣場，不過從酒店沿路走去也十幾分鐘，一路上有很多小吃店，很多東西看。很喜歡這酒店。

Das Bad war recht klein und es gab keinen Kleiderschrank. Pro Person gab es nur ein Duschtuch, kein Handtuch zum Hände abtrocknen.

Very clean, spaciuos and quiet room. Tea and sugar available in the room. Very friendly reception staff. Quick and easy check in and check out. The only cons - bathroom door couldnt shut properly and one of the beds was squeeky.

The room smell the moment I walked in. It had a musky smell coming from the bathroom. The body wash and hand soap was not filled up. It had maybe quarter bottle left. The door fell backwards if it isn’t closed all the way. There was construction work going in the morning so it got noise. I don’t think the walls are noise-proof.

Good location, access to public transport.

The hotel is new and modern, only a short walk from the bus and train stations. Just across the road is a tram number 2m which takes you to the National Museum. There is also a number 9 tram that takes you to the zoo. I found the room a little hot and the windows did not open. IBIS breakfast is available from 6 am at a cost of 67 zloties which is very expensive for a Polish hotel. The staff were generally nice, except for one of the male reception desk workers by the name of Konrad!

Bel hôtel, très central. Grande chambre, lit confortable. Personnel efficace, compréhensif et souriant. Très bon petit déjeuner - à part le jus d'orange impérativement à améliorer :-(

Nice hotel. There was an issue on arriving to my room. The AC worked, but no lights worked. I returned to the lobby and they wanted to send up maintenance. I suggested a different room because I didn't want to deal with maintenance. They changed my room and the new one was fine. Breakfast was very complete. Staff were friendly.

Tilava, siisti ja hiljainen huone. Hyvät julkisen liikenteen kulkuyhteydet hotellin vierestä. Aamiainen perushyvä. Rakennustyömaa hotellin vieressä, mutta ei aiheuttanut meille häiriötä.

Oppholde på hotellet, var greit.god service av personalet. Frokosten kunne ha godt av og bli reformert .fks litt forandringer vær dag så man ikke fikk den samme maten vær dag.og sengen på hotellet var ok.gidt mrd parkerings plasser for de ankommer med bil.men alti i alt ett greit familie hotell.med enn liten lekepass for barn.og igang avstand til det meste resturanger og badeland.
